I just came across your channel. Your videos are made very nicely. I do not come from the same country as you but I cook bread and cake often. I will be making this recipe with a few changes. Before resting the dough I will place it on parchment paper. After proofing I will only lightly handle the dough and not completely remove the air. If I may give 1 advice, the camera is a bit too close to the bowl and since there is no voice over, it is hard to read the ingredients while watching the video as well. If you can zoom out just a tiny bit, will make a whole lot difference! But thanks for the recipe, cant wait to try.
