I think the judge was being a little to aggressive with the plaintiff and then she had a promissory note would you want someone talking to your wife,daughter,neice,grandmother etc like that about loaning or giving a man some money
Man it's called the school of hard knocks. My husband took the door off one daughters room and banished the other child to the green house and threw all the other child's clothes in the front yard after he wouldn't wash them. Guess what? It worked. Tuff love.

Well, the "Deadbeat Loser" certainly can run his mouth, and not much else. He was quite alright spending someone else's money on perks for himself and getting behind on his own bills and borrowing from his father-in-law. But apparently his debts are always someone else's fault, and he's not in the business of paying his debts. He's only in the business of creating debt.

People are so corrupt when it comes to money these days. Can't trust or rely on anyone else for anything. The defendant had no defense in this case at all.
Family can be your worst enemy. It's a sad and unfortunate thing to say but it's the honest truth. You can't do shit for anyone these days. The plaintiff went out of his way for the defendant and she turned around and screwed him.
Here we go again with JM ruling with his emotions and not logic. If he would really stop running his mouth when the people were testifying. He just might hear vital information. The woman said over and over that the damn dogs were there the first trip and the mother put them away. Then they were NOT there when she came back for the second trip. How freaking hard is that to understand?!?!
