You can see flame is somewhat away from the tip and more concentration of heat at the end of the flame. 3.Tip of the nozzle is joint with other parts where the gas flow occured. It's cools the part and protect from the melting.

Dual marking is acceptable when the material meets all the specifications which it's marked

it is a degradation of the metal due to mechanical action by the fluid flow. We can do hard facing to avoid erosion.

@@JavedKhan-dh6pe once you failed in your exam if you are going to reappear again within a year then the pattern will be same.But considering now almost you have completed two yrs after the unsuccessful examination.so now it's like a new registration and the syllabus and pattern will be as per the latest edition.

P no is a grouping number that is assigned to base metal. F no is a grouping number that is assigned to electrode and filler rod. A no is for chemical analysis of weld metal deposit .Based the chemical composition A number is assigned.Is it clear??.
