@@sheilaburt6813 hi! so sorry, should have been more specific. I meant K-Beauty brands, as in Korean Beauty brands. There are several Korean beauty brands (and Japanese) who do stains better than US brands. Peripera is a good example as is Romand. You can find them On YesStyle and Amazon. I would also recommend the ELF Glossy Lip Stains and the Milani for US drugstore.
This review was soooo helpful, so fun to watch too. The in depth detailing and swatches are something I haven’t found yet in other reviews. By the way you are beautiful!! Thank you!
I enjoy watching empties videos, thank you for taking the time. Will definitely purchase the hair growth serum since I have been feeling like my hair is damaged so bad this year.
I would never mix. I agree with you about heavy. I have done heavy and for that reason fell in Love with your bake foundation. That actually is all I need. Just love it!
@@SeventiesMusicGirl from memory, this eyeshadow was one I tended to do on most days back then, a base of Smashbox cream in sepia and rose, and dabbed a little bit of the Charlotte tilbury highlighter in the bronze and glow duo. It was a lazy day look🫶🏼
looking forward to that eyeshadow declutter! Totally with you on summer being the main 'clear out' season. great video and great to have you back. Hope the tooth wont bother you anymore!
As always what a beautiful look you've created. I needed motivation to rotate my makeup for next week and I think I've now found it watching your video. Have a great day everyone.
I am so glad that you have been able to purchase all the Jones Road Beauty products that you were curious about. I also really love that you have owed them for enough time that you can give an honest review about the products. Really like watching your videos.
Maybe they've tinkered with the formula, or maybe the way I apply lipstick helped (on top of freshly applied & blotted lip balm, then in a couple of layers with blotting in between), but I haven't had the same problems with this lipstick - for me stayed put through drinking and eating with an even fade. I have it in the same beautiful shade and it's performed so well it's going to be my wedding lipstick!
Firstly! Congratulations on your upcoming wedding. I adore a bold lip on a bride (I wore a deep magenta myself😉) Secondly, I wish I had read your tips because I’m sure it would have had better performance 😞
@@sashasreborns3417 yes, it provides light coverage, which is my preference. You can also use some powder to add additional coverage and bring down the shine in areas that may need it like the Tzone
Thank you for getting me out of a lip color comfort zone that was holding me back. Watching your videos has opened a world of color possibilities for me. Lisa
I love hearing that! Hope to film a Lisa Eldridge lip video this weekend on a product that’s making me reevaluate things again! Don’t you love makeup?! It never ends 🤩🤓🙃
Hello! I came across your video trying to get some information on how to sharpen the eyeliner pencil. I received my eyeliners today that I ordered from HSN. I got a deal three eyeliners under $20, 2 black and 1 expresso. Well, it's not worth my time and money to return so I might give it away or keep it to practice wearing wings eyeliner 😢
Hi! You can see a list of my favorites in the description but the one that I prefer of that list most is the EM Cosmetics Lip Luminizer in Venetian Rose - it has a lovely sheen and is a perfect undertone for me.👍
Wow I just found this---thank you so much!! I'm deciding on colours---have you tried the "cool medium brown"? Would you know what the difference is compared to the "medium brown"? Have you tried the light brown? I have lots of grey especially around my temples but I don't want to permanent-dye anymore and completely let it go grey since the pandemic---but I'm not really happy with it lol, so I want to try a colour-depositing product and found you!!
Hi! So happy you found it helpful. My base color is very dark brown and my hair in the sun would naturally turn a little reddish, so I haven’t tried the cool or light brown. What’s nice is you can try one and try a different one later. I read that to make it last even longer, apply it, let it sit under a warm drier, that will make the color deposit last longer. I actually stopped using and add only some highlights to my hair to help blend my grays cool tone, and I stopped dying my base color completely - nearly 4 years already 😮 gray hair journey is hard but for me the health of my hair is most important and I’ve enjoyed discovering my gray pattern😉 hope the product works out for you
@@patricias8779 yes, my gray in the video was very subtle and not full length because before covid, I was dying my base color and also highlighted. The dphue product helped me for 3 years while my hair kept growing so that I finally had longer pieces of gray. So now I do a few partial highlights just to add warmth to my hair and it also helps blend some of the gray. I’ll try to mention it in an upcoming video more.
@@adriannyc1 ok thank you so much for your help---I will probably give it a try but I have much more grey especially around my temples than you did in the video. Fingers crossed lol
Thanks for this. I ONLY wear cool-toned mauves and they seem to be so rare that it's really frustrating when companies don't market their product accurately :(
Such a great vid! Was just about to purchase one but stuck on colour. I think 🍌 for meeeee! Thank you, really thorough and u mentioned the scent which is a big one for me 🙏🏽❤️❤️❤️❤️
Yes and no - the Milani are very nice and creamy but many of the shades are quite opaque. I think this formula has a bit more translucency which allows for easier wear. I also think these grab onto the lips longer while the Milani is a bit more slippy. Both lovely though😊 hope that helps.
Hi! After this massive declutter you’ve proved your encyclopedic knowledge of lipstick formulas! Would you consider going over all the ones you kept and why so we know what is good? I’m subscribing in the hopes of seeing that video! 🙏 Thank you!
Thank you❤️ I do love lippies and have so many videos you might enjoy re: formulations. I have now been decluttering on-going and will aim to do a full collection video 👍
You sharpen it like a regular pencil liner. It just isn’t made of wood, more like a soft plastic. I’ve never heard of senegence. Will need to look around.
This is a true review and i would have thought it does this as u herd another person say they sticky im do glad ive saves over 20 pounds this review was not what i was hoping i was thinking it wont be sticky you will improve but my thoughts on it was the same it did kind if look 0atch on secind layer. i think someone with lip injections it would look better. so im going to cancel this from my basket. Thank for the excellent review
Hi!!! Oh these are so old… I bought them at Loft like 7 years ago. Here are some like it. The material is marbled resin/acetate. I love the colors and designs they make in it. www.target.com/p/shine-by-sterling-forever-50mm-resin-hoop-earrings-tortoise/-/A-90371562
