EKG student here! :) in this video to me it looked like 17 small boxes, are we supposed to be counting from the very top of the QRS complex or the bottom near the S wave? I would imagine even being 1 small box off would make a difference. I'm having a hard time understanding how to calculate all the rates and things D:
I understand, Kelly. It's always a rule of thumb to pinpoint R-R at the tip/top of the QRS complex. Check out my video of other ways to calculate cardiac heart rates. Keep practicing! You got this!
