Those of you joking don't know anything about the rules on this pier this is surf city fishing should be done towards the end of the pier and not in the surf zone surfers have rights in surf city Huntington Beach. I've been hooked by a moron before luckily the hook was in my wetsuit and not skin, the fisherman kept fishing in that same spot and was told if he kept fishing there he would be fined. He had to move out to the end of the pier and didn't want to so he left.

This is a surfing pier this pier is in surf city Huntington Beach, when people are surfing the pier fishing is to be done on the last 1/4 of the pier. The lifeguards came and told this moron fisherman that if he wanted to keep fishing that he had to move towards the end of the pier, no fishing in the surf zone in surf city HB.
