I'm an ex smoker. I was addicted to vape for 8 years 2-7% nicotine. However i just quit vaping 4 days ago. And I'm tired of chewing gum whenever i get cravings. I think I'll just smoke 0% nicotine
I used to smoke a pack of Marlboro Southern Cut a day and wanted to switch to vaping as an alternative until I finally quit. I started with a 0mg menthol pod but smoked tea cigarettes because I was missing the smoking sensation then I learned the most dangerous part of smoking cigarettes wasnt the nicotine but the carbon monoxide so I quit smoking tea cigarettes and switched to a Flum tobacco flavored pebble. I started feeling weird and just found out its something called brain fog. I switched from the pebble to a juul. Still felt weird. I went to the vape store and got 35mg pod juice and a smok. Still felt weird so I got a Vaporesso 4 and was sub ohming 35mg pod juice. I then got 50mg black note virginia tobacco and sub ohming that. I then found out that Im not supposed to sub ohm nic salts with that high of a concentrate so I got 6mg Naked still felt weird but a bit better. I then got 3mg 65/35 Naked and felt even better but still weird. I then got Black Note 50/50 and a bit worse. The main symptom I feel is brain fog which I never got from smoking but just found out the nicotine levels are a lot higher. Anyway trying to find an alternative to smoking that doesn't give me brain fog so Im trying to find out from the scenario I gave if it sounds like Im more sensitive to PG or nicotine and if Im not supposed to chain vape when I drink or eat like I did when I smoked. If someone sees this and can give advice thatd be greatly appreciated. Thanks
9 years smoker, quit smoking with uwell kalmia and 50mg menthol salts. Menthol adds a nice throat hit, and reminds me of the menthol cigs i used to smoke. Device itself is also very thin, i can hold it like a cigarette and that helps in a psychological way. First 2 weeks were still hard though, sure you get nicotine from vape but cigarettes have tons of alkaloids in them that makes it hard to quit. I used to smoke 2 packs a day (sometimes 3) so thats why i went with 50mg. You probably wouldn't need that high amount.
I am a heavy chain smoker, now im started vaping for 2 weeks with 0.5mg nicotine on it (and been stop smoking for 2 weeks), this weekend im excited to start the 0% nicotine juice. Yep 🤘
I started vaping with 5.5% 55mg of nicotine and i got used to it now cigarettes and lower than 30mg of nicotine i can't feel anything at all Anylne trying my vapes is coughing though appart from heavy heavy smokers
You know that nicotine is not the main reason why vaping is bad, but why is it addictive. The problem is the chemicals you create while heating up the oils, that are know for demaging loungs and increasing heart rate, by making arteries narrower, making you more vulnerable to asthma and cardiovascular failure. Dont ever start vaping, (unless you are hopeless hard tabacco smoker.)
The general consensus is no nicotine isn’t bad for you on its own. But smoking anything is bad for you and a lot of studies are showing vaping is bad for you too. Gum or patches are probably the way to go if you insist on safely consuming nicotine.
@@soggyslays1170 ALCOHOL SHOULD ALSO BE BANNED WHEREVER SMOKING CIGARETTES ARE BANNED COMMENT ON THAT FACT,BY THE WAY THE LAST TIME I SMOKED, CIGARETTES (WHICH CAUSES FEWER DEATHS THAN ALCOHOL) I COULD BUY THEM FOR UNDER A DOLLAR
but the problem is that nicotine is addictive, and also poisonous and both trump any other effects one might immagine .... it is insecticide 4 fuck sake
