Love the video but hate the funko pops! If you're going back I recommend going to shoppesville plus located 2nd floor on promenade where they actually sell the collectibles that most are looking for and some really hard to find ones too. You'd be thrilled if you are into horror figures,Alien vs Predators, hot toys and mcfarlane figures. If I remember there are some peaky blinders figures with tommy shelby in the middle. there is also a dedicated mecha store there full of transformers, model kits, voltes V, mazinger Z and some diecast.
Filbar's is one of the original comic book shops that started in the late 1970s. They still sell graphic novels and single issue comics even after they transitioned into selling collectibles in the mid 2000s.
Can't find toy kingdom store in gh mall, the information tell me its in 3rd flr but I can't find it. Whew I'm planning to buy transformers and voltes v legacy figures. The hobby shops in shoppesville is overprice.
Ntoys and BigBoys have some but most stores are not featured in the video since She didn't show the 2nd Floor Shoppesville Plus where all the old stores of collectibles are side by side. the most eye catching stuff there are the prime 1 studio AVP (aliens vs predator) statues, lifesize berserker predator mask, ghost rider statues, and some iconic lifesize statues like paul (2011) the alien.
I love seeing your Mom with you, she has to have patience with you walking all through all those store incredibly, you are doing great on your clips, I saw it on RU-vid it was awesome 😎 😊😊😊😊
I’ll be there on December. Any recommendations to check for Pokemon TCG Buy/Sell/Trade? Might bring some of my Pokémon Vintage/Modern Singles/Slabs in case I’m short of cash. Lol
This video showcases the reason why I really hate Funko Pops. In my opinion, they are very low quality "collectibles", not worth buying. But because of their popularity, a lot of hobby and toy shops have dedicated a lot of their inventory to selling them instead of much better stuff. One extreme example is Hobbiestock. This used to be the best place to get diecast scale cars and aircraft, but now they just mainly sell Funko Pops. So sad.
i totally understand how you feel :( honestly it's so frustrating some times to go over to a store hoping to see something different and exciting but BAM funko pop galore TT
Do not sleep on the consignment shops in collective base, basement 2 of promenade! Some of the best deals i got for diff toylines came from there. They also have a cool sticker and anikanik shop called love letter lounge, its filled with various fandom stuff!
