I honestly have always liked all the different categories that styles and genres and themes had to offer, I love weirdcore and dreamcore too! But this just hits different than the usual ones, It has a whole plot and the characters feel full of personality!! friendly yet unsettling and on edge. Even though Dais-e is seen as the friendly and warm one I felt a foreshadowing she was the worst one of all, and the biggest threat. Just by the fact she was glitching into something that looked like a dark creature, and when we didn't have dinner with her like she had said to want suddenly the atmosphere changed and it all became glitched and dark. We became feeling like we were watched, and the thought of not having dinner with her was lingering in our mind. Then we were blamed. I reeealllllyyy think it was hinting at a bigger picture the whole time, that Dais-e was the bigger monster, at the starting and end like a loop of different choices and outcomes to finally escape, and it seemed like Dais-e was a part of that.

Im currently making two series, 'the purples' and 'dream-escape' both would be in animation and book form. The purples is an american sticknodes-animated, comic book series that centers around three omnipotent spirits that defeats universal threats or solves issues in a matter of seconds, but they are limited, and they need to fight a threat that can potentially copy their powers. Dream escape is a japanese anime/manga, that centers around a boy that is trapped in an unknown reality, he encounters two antagonists and a threat that literally try to trap or kill him. Its up to the boy to potentially escape before he is stuck there forever. looking back at this video it really inspired me to make my animations quicker and not give up. I really like the characters and build up for the world and surroundings. So heres some things i'd like to say about this video. I like your weirdcore animation, it reminds me of ena, omori, and danganronpa in a very surreal mix. Its so vibrant and disturbing because the characters feel real, yet they have a charm that is silly and strange. The backgrounds make me scared and nostalgic, it reminds me of walking to a playplace with your dad or hanging out with your freinds at 13 to buy clothes for you and your freinds for the first time. After 45 min' of walking. Its that nostalgia that makes me so happy, it kind of makes me sad. I would like to add, i really like the world building, its small yet vast, like a hotel. You can get lost in these spaces that you added, like this one 4:53, its so beautiful and calming yet clastrophobic and unsafe. (i have nothing to critique about this) My favorite characters are Lemon boy, wisp, and dais-e. Anyways good bye!

Theory time! At 9:55, Dais-e's line about wanting to share dinner with the protag pops up. Maybe i the protag is ever able to remember enough through a loop to return to Dais-e's house for the night instead of staying with Mrs Red, they would be able to escape the loop?
