Hi, I didn't understand exactly what you mean, but if you mean the main shaft, which depends on the poly and the milling interface you choose, the length of the shaft of my tool is 12 cm and its diameter is 8 mm. Good luck
Engineer, 18 nano Farad 200V capacitor cannot be found at all in online purchases in our country.. Can you introduce an alternative capacitor that exists..?
Hi, You can choose the capacitor yourself exactly according to the motor and input voltage. It is better to use polyester capacitor with high capacity and voltage to avoid damage to the capacitor. Good luck
Hi, The length of four of the 8-mil shafts is 9.5 cm and the intermediate shaft is about 12 cm, of course, it depends on the type of poly and your connections. Good luck
Hi, The lifting part is made of PVC sheets with dimensions of 8×12(the lower part), 8×3 and 8×2.5 (middle part),8×8 (The rest of the episodes) Gearbox motor size:2.5×1.2×1 Good luck
Hi, It depends on the thickness of your PVC sheet, the part where the gearbox motor is placed should be about 2.5 cm thick, and the upper part depends on the bearing and shaft you choose. It's great to ask any questions you have. I will reply as soon as possible. Good luck
Hi, To create the PVC sheet, I used a PVC pipe with a diameter of 11 cm. Dimensions of the tool body: length 20cm, width 15cm, height 10cm, dimensions of the top of the tool, length 27cm, width 19cm You can make the top of the tool bigger or smaller according to the cutting dimensions. Good luck
Instead of that thermal switch a mini 12 volt fan could be used to intake cold air inside the box and that would have kept the motor cool enough to operate without burning or getting damaged. Waiting for the motor to cool down while working feels annoying. COOL PROJECT THOUGH.
Nothing to like here because modern technologies gave us small and extremely powerful BLDC motors: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-JLDG64K2pi8.html
@@MrPVC-tb1lt if you prefer older technologies because they are cheaper, then AC powered motor with dimmer is more proper part for device you made. Some amateurs are not greedy to use vacuum cleaner motor for this. Chasing for cheapest or simplest solution is not always good economical strategy. For example, counterfeit phone charger or another improperly made electrical device can easily kill your phone or you.
