this is a great question! You can write your own contract but that doesn't necessarily make it legally binding if you don't have the proper terms written up. It is always recommended that you draft a contract and then have a local attorney review it for you. That way they can check all the terms for your state and make sure what you wrote can be legally binding!
We have all been there, and I'm so sorry it was so upsetting for you! This is a great question. There are so many things you can do based on certain situations. I will work on a video to share with you soon on how to work with difficult situations!
This is a great question! Honeybook itself does not charge, but there is a credit card transaction fee of 2.5% + 0.25 that is taken by Stripe which is the processor Honeybook is integrated with.
This is a great question! So this actually depends on the condition of the molds. If the molds (both HDPE and silicone) are brand new or only been used a few times, I don't have to sand or polish because they will come out of the mold pretty much perfect. After a while, the wear and tear of the resin can cause the molds to rough up or get scratches so then I will typically polish the sides to make them shiny again. The only reason I would need to sand is usually with the silicone molds because those will actually break down after several uses and make the edges very scuffed up and jagged, so I will sand them and polish then.
