Is this during some sort of event, or just a random weekend night? Is this just normal nightlife for a particular part of town? (I’ll be scouting in Lisbon and Porto soon. The wanna be extrovert in me wants to know where/when this is because it looks so fun! The SERIOUS introvert in me wants to avoid living on the street where this happens so she can sleep in peace. 😂)
Ahahaha fair enough. This is an example of the normal nightlife. But you are safe since it only happens in Cais sodre in Lisbon close to the other nightlife places😀😀 Hope you find something suitable in your scouting🤗

When one visit Portugal on tourist visa, is it possible to open a bank account and get the social security number? What's a recommended site to learn Portugal's market needs and or trends while abroad, in order to launch a sustainable business based on market needs?
Unfortunately not since your visa is a tourist visa. There is no longer a way to even change your tourist visa to a work or business visa. I would recommend opening online Euro bank accounts in the meantime. You can learn the market using sites like: 1. AICEP Portugal Global 2. Instituto Nacional de Estatística (INE) 3. Pordata 4. Expresso

Do you mean working for a religious institution? If yes, the institution should offer a suitable contract and pay tax and social security for the person to qualify for the residence card

You can do this by ensuring you highlight all the relevant subjects you studied and ensuring you mention any volunteer experiences you might have had as well
