When you upgrade the capacity of the batteries (Ah). Will the onboard computer know. And that the extra capacity into calculation when showing remaining time on the screen. With fx fridge and heater on??🙂 For a T6.1
Yes, very helpful. If you don’t have trim tools, stiff guitar picks are very useful for pressing back the top tangs by going behind the surrounding trim. If you’re opening the unit to replace the but thin (another video) a few stiff guitar picks are useful doing that.
As tu rencontré des problèmes avec le coffre de toit ? En d autres mots ! Est ce que tu sais ouvrir le hayon avec des vélos quand le coffre est sur le toit ?
Hi, after you have pulled the rear seat forward by 5cm to install the drawer, can you then slide the seat back again, or does it have to stay 5cm forward permanently ? Thanks
@@campervanaccessories5820 does that mean I’m screwed? I intend to keep a close watch on it just in case it loosens and allows the lead to come out or worse still come loose and cause a fire. I’m nervous now.
@@AustinBarnestl319 it should stay in as it doesn’t move too much you could try putting some tape over it I would not worry too much about it catching fire as it’s very low voltage
When comparing this rack to the VW one, do the bikes sit higher or lower on the vehicle with the Thule. I am keen for my expensive road bikes to sit as low on the van as possible. Regretfully a tow bar version is not an option for me.
I've ordered one , as my dimplex chico oil filled rad wasn't quite hot enough..What's the cube like with the pop up open as I noticed yours was shut ? Thanks bro
For anyone else attempting this where the unit doesn't come out as easy as shown in the video there are two more clips on the top which need to be pressed. I found the easiest way is to gently pull the housing away from the headlining and use a plastic trim tool to press them from behind the housing. Once both are released the unit can be removed with relative ease.
Just did it and like the guy says it’s easy. I think the frightening part is knowing a new one is £800 if you cock it up. I didn’t take the 2 Ribbons out as it was simple just to take the 4 screws out without doing that. Also used the old facia panel as it was in perfect unmarked condition. Just wish someone would start making the knob on its own. Wether you use the whole thing or just the knob it’s still £45... far too expensive.
