Once youve got the design how do you actually get it on a shirt ? I have a design and im trying to use one of these printing services that do it for you. Do i just export the file and upload it or am i missing something ?
How much are your packs? Im not too computer literate or i would check it out myself. Im not too hip to all the digital stuff, but ive been drawing an into art since i was a child -but i have recently gotten into "traditional tattoo" art as well as using the pallet that was used....my pappaw was covered in pin-ups and many other things and he was a staple of my childhood..(RIP pappaw 06/04/28-12/22/96) he always encouraged me to draw,paint and be creative,so seeing/getting into this style just fits for me..i have had issues with some of the particulars and wanted to thankyou for the help!! One day (hopefully sooner than later-im 41 now so times a'wastin') im gonna get a calf/back or forarm piece just like his which whole forarm was done. He had a pun-up in a full baithing suit with a small beach scene and a palmtree coming up behind her an a plane front end on the other side...he also had his 1st wifes name on one hand and all the playing card suits on the other knuckles.it was an AWESOMELY PERFECT representation of who he was an i think it would be a nice rememberance piece...just need more practice and videos so i can perfect this style a bit,lol...
Hope this makes sense. If I want to do a text phrase for a t-shirt, let’s say Game Day and I want it to be 11” wide by 3” tall. Do I make my canvas the size that my actual design will be (11x3) OR do I create a larger canvas and create my 11x3 design in the center of that. I am very new to all of this. Thanks!
Question: so you would also miter the white text with the rest of the design? No issues with that or do you miter only the base layer that would go under an actual color? 🙏🏼
this TUT is out of date now that PS got rid of all of this. does anyone know how to find the PANTONE in PS for 2024? why would they get rid of such an important piece of info. that all PS users use!! like what???
Yeah.... unless you run an older version of PS or AI - I don't think I've seen so many negative reviews on a plugin as I see on the Pantone Connect Plugin. People are not happy bob, not happy.
Amazing. I have been curving my text by warping the raster. It's never perfect, but okay. Will give this a shot tonight as I would like a bit more consistency in the text. Thanks for the tip. Clipping and moving each letter individually never entered my head.
Amazing video. I totally identify with the designer that doesn't want to talk to humans. Just one question, isn't it time consuming? I mean, the meetings, the talking and also working on designing
Good vid. Just a tip around 2:37, you can save a lot of time and just use pathfinder. Just select that layer, click merge, then unite and it will give you the same thing without all the clicking.
I'm disappointed by the lack of response to questions in the comment section, especially regarding where to find items related to the video's instructions. My question has been sitting unanswered for a week, while others have received prompt replies. As a viewer who has followed this channel and expected better, it's disheartening to see this lack of engagement and responsibility. In a society where communication is key, this oversight is disappointing.
Amazing video! Wow! Super helpful - thank you! I’ve got a few questions though: Do you make the sketch for the client before they’ve agreed to the doing the project at the rate that you’re charging? What if they bail after you’ve already spent time making a sketch, does that mean you just lost some money by wasting time? How do you filter out the cheapskates who want to get a good deal? Also, how do you determine the price adjustment with any revisions the client gives?
