I rarely strain when using my blender to make juice... WAY too much goodness wasted... If not more, then at least as much benefit is removed when strained.
I got a phattie but one day i forgot what i ate but the fart was so loud that it sounded like a boat horn remind you i live in new York but that fart was so strong that i was looking around like it was somebody else 🤦🏾♀️i cant make this shit up 😂
I’ve a similar story where eventually had to realise Hugh carb just wasn’t working for me (started to get prediabetes symptoms). Have you heard of Zoe company? I used their service and turns out my blood sugar control is poor but my blood fat control is excellent (go figure) and I already feel better eating high fat. Trouble is I feel better with maybe 50-60% fat and whilst I feel better I still worry (I’m mainly plant based and do watch my sat fat) that that is a lot of fat! I’m lean, and I’ve heard macros are less important as long as your lean but 🤷🏻♂️ Out of interest, what’s your fat % of calories? Do you have any idea/track?
