Started soft washing my own house this week. The neighbor asked me how I did it with no pressure washer and I told him sodium hypochlorite in a 5.25% dilution sprayed through a hose end sprayer and rinsed 10 minutes after and walk away. It's absolutely magic!

A 5 gallon bucket of hot water , Spic n span , dawn soap, sponge mop , water hose,will bring all that off even the algae, of easier for a one story house
