I had placed on amazon a few hours ago for the tokit aqua pure T1 model but canceled as I saw this was being released soon. Excited to buy a newer model & with added ro filtration stages 👍🏾
@@dlmg15 Thanks so much for choosing to order our product! I just checked with our factory, and the product is being prepped as we speak. However, because of certifications and testing, it’s going to take a little time. Right now, it looks like it'll be ready sometime between the end of October and mid-November. If you're open to it, the T1 Pro you originally picked might actually be a better option. It includes healthy strontium and you won’t have to wait as long for hot water. So, if you don’t already have a water filtration system at home, you might want to go ahead and grab the T1 Pro. But if you still prefer the T1 SE, just hang tight a little longer. Hi, maybe different types and the storing time of rice may influence the taste. If it is too watery, please do not steam it for a long time, you could pause the cooking by pressing the button, and check the condition of the rice during cooking. And please make sure that the keep time does not exceed 12 hours.

It's STILL not working as promised. 😡 I bought this product in good faith, and it's covered by warranty. So why am I being treated like my concerns don't matter? 🤷♂ Your lack of accountability is seriously disappointing. I challenge you to step up and show some respect for your customers. We deserve products that actually work, especially when we've invested in them. ⌛ I won't settle for less than a proper solution NOW. No more excuses! ⏳ If you're serious about your customers, prove it by taking responding with integrity!

Apparently 1000 recipes but it's impossible to find out what they are. If I could see the list I'd probably buy the device today. The website lets you search for specific terms but that's not the same as having a list. Or even better, a filtered list, since my kid has celiac disease. So a video from Tokit called "Digital Guided Recipes" left me thinking that the video might be about... the recipes. But it wasn't. Still no list, still no purchase.
Im not sure why you have stopped responding on email but you have sold me a faulty machine and I’d like to get this issue resolved as soon as possible It’s been months! The scales do not function properly and you Indictated below on 7 March thay you would be getting back to me. Since then you have disappeared. This is unacceptable business practice.
