We bought flat in this but 90% of the items are of low quality except for the interior shown in the sample flat like all Flooring stile (2x2) old type, plumbing ISI (Not Jaguar), kitchen equipment used in this kitchen is of poor quality In fact the platform stone or stile of the sample flat mujan is not fully utilized (black stone and simple stile front to platform ota only up to 2 feet height. We 170 group members are discussing this topic with Builder but The possibility is low. and Change Layout Currently add 3 building in Project Old Project 11 Tower present currant total 15 Tower in new layout (Mention in Future development land) and decreases 3 acre area compare to old project area. because raise to FSI 40 & 37 Floor (Increase in residential flat (400+) and space is decreases 3 acres) per 6month changes project Layout. (This project is unreliable, changes anything at any time and has seen many real big changes)
Too small rooms ! Cozy and unwanted spaces at many places. Galleries spaces are large where builder do not need to spend lot of money and can gain lot of money from buyers by adding this in so called Carpet Area. Sales people will tell you only last tower is available with few rooms left, everything is sold out :D hahaha , This tower is generally at farthest end from main road. who the f wants to buy smaller rooms and give crores of rupees to such people.
3bhk in 950 sq.ft? Why is every builder building only matchbox houses? Used to be 2bhk comes in 1100 sq.ft. Now everyone is skimping on area and still making the cost huge.
The size of the flat is so small that even 1 bhk looks spacious . If you put a bed in the room then you are done, you will not be left with any space. It’s just not VJ, every builder is coming up with small configurations so that they can make and sell more units
The only thing I like is they provided pooja space though I don't want it ti be near dining room but atleast they thought of it so I will applaud for it. I will like to have it in kitchen or will like to have it in separate room
Current rate in Ravet for per square feet is going around 6000-6500 Rs/Sq Ft. (depend on the area, locality & other facilities) a 2 BHK of 750 sq ft area should cost you around 44-48 Lakhs in Ravet, Pune.
