I tried it recently and when i transfer the mons to my violet game, it always has an error code on the mon if i try to join a raid with people not sure if theres another way to make them legit but who knows

Okay so I'm trying ev train my grovyle to 252spatk i have pokerus i have power lens ,a pokemon that knows move like surf rockslide earthquake and I'm battling spinda on route 13 but this method not working , my ev is only growing when its leveling up and that's even by the range of 3 not by 5 or 20 and its taking forever me to train, Can anyone help...?
