If I paid that much to play the festival I’d be slamming doors and doing angry dishes like I paid the rent there because I fucking did! Nobody would be able to get a reasonable explanation for anything I tell them to do. Id just say “because I said so” and “you wait til your father gets home and finds out you had an attitude”
We went Friday and it was ok ... We got screwed on camping and had to get another spot......and did not go back sat..... It sucked! Now we are out about 600.00
This isn't about Jack Daniels, I'm already not a fan there. That's not "artificial banana". what people think of as "fake banana flavor", the banana flavor you get from candy, is based on the flavor of the gross micheal, not the cavendish everyone is used to. The gross micheal was the world's most popular banana before the Cavendish, until it wend extinct due to a disease called Palm Rust. That's the issue with plants that aren't true to seet. You have to clone them to get the fruit to taste the same, which is why all apples grown from seeds taste bad. This also makes all of these cloned plants succeptible to the same diseases and lets diseases adapt over time to target those plants and bypass their defenses. Thanks to the lack of genetic diversity, these cloned plants can't build new defenses.
I can see your point in some cases. People still love Michael Jackson and he's pretty much a confirmed child something a rather. I think an alternative view point with a similar contrast is Megadeth vs Metallica fans. I love Dave Mustaine. I love Megadeth. Listen to them all the time. You get used to his vocals and some times I even think they're good. 😅 I cant stand metallica. They've become the Nickle back of metal. Idk how you can make ride the lightning, master of puppets, and justice for all and my least favofite the black album than shit the bed for like 20 years straight. Megadeth on the other hand imo have only been making shit music for about 10 years and even than 1 of 2 gems on an album. Now these are valid opinions. To like one and hate the other just because you like the first is pretty ignorant and your opinion doesn't matter because you don't really have one.
If you ever liked Greta van fleet to begin with you're probably gay so you might as well go back to loving them because they're dog shit and have built a career around being a really crappy led zeppelin rip off. The fact that you stopped listening to them because the guy is gay and not because their music is trash tells me everything I need to know about you.
1. Most of their music is mid anyway. 2. Hiring someone to kill your wife is not some minor offense. 3. Blaming your evil actions on your loss of faith and steroid use is pathetic. 4. Supporting a guy who hired someone to kill a women you're supposedly friends with is vile behavior. Any one of those reasons are enough for me to not want to support any of these guys.
Better than butt rock. Looking at you nickleback, theory of a Deadman, FFDP, Volbeat, seether, disturbed, breaking Benjamin, trapt etc etc If any of these bands are your favorites than I don't respect your opinion and hold my ground on emo core not sucking and or being gay. How ever I will admit... I saw silverstein last summer and they fucking killed it, they did way better than billy talent and alexisonfire who played after, I couldn't help but laugh my fucking ass off tho at 40 year old men playing that type of music like they were 22 with their emo hair and ripped up jeans, converse shoes and thumb rings 😂 its definitely better to be heard and not seen in these cases.
@@btmgng4316 yeah I checked it out. So what your saying is that you're a death metal panda? Death metal suffers from a lack of musical diversity imo. I listened to 4 songs and the best part was the first minute of stab which is just some audio lifted from a horror flick. I much prefer melodic death metal. At least there's musicality there besides muddy riffs, blast beats and throat wrenching guttural vocals that can't be understood without a lyric sheet. If im going to listen to something along the lines of mortician I'd rather infant anhilator or something to that vain. Are you some death metal elitist that thinks anything but that type of music is dog shit?
This is a pretty horrible take dude. I’m not a fan of cancel culture or anything, but when you are arrested for trying to off your wife and it’s not a bunch of hearsay, then it’s kinda hard to support that. Also, I just think their music didn’t age as gracefully. It just sounds generic all these years later so it’s hard to appreciate when you have a reason to dislike them now. Feel bad for the other guys, but they made their beds. Maybe it’s just cause I wasn’t a huge fan, but I just have no interest in giving them another shot at this point
I never really got into as I lay dying. But it’s not hard to say, “this guys a dick, but this song rocks”. And to be fair, it sounds generic, because it’s original metalcore. That’s like saying deep purple sounds generic compared to modern music, no shit they are the forefathers of the genre.
@@millerstrength that’s fair, I get what you are saying. I just think their newer music feels uninspired whereas bands like Killswitch engage, the devil wears Prada, or August burns red have continued to put out good music that shows evolution, yet maintains that metalcore character. Just my opinion
@@Wulfzz maybe support wasn’t the right way to express that, it just kinda sours me on their music now. You can still listen to something despite the actions of the artist, just personally wouldn’t be in support of the band and call myself a fan
Bruh, the band accepted him back. A supposedly "christian" band took their lead singer back after he tried to have his wife killed. Caught red-handed trying to hire a killer, went to prison. The only reason he wasn't immediately cut from the band is that he was the one who owned the rights. It's a betrayal of everything they supposedly stood for religiously to have taken him back.
The band had been moving away from the Christian label for a while before this. What bugs me more is that Tim immediately tried to make excuses for his actions by blaming his loss of faith and steroid use, as if athiests are more prone to murder. I also don't like the band members because they claimed to be friends of his wife and immediately decided they wanted to be in a band with the guy again when given the opportunity. He's shown no genuine remorse just a propensity for really lame excuses.
The comment by Tytan3 exactly. I would be a lot more prone to believe "forgiveness" if 1. Tim wasn't such a piece of shit about it all until he got out of prison. 2. The band had rights to AILD without him 3. Their interim projects were actually successful. 4. They didn't take him back the instant he was out of prison. 5. They clearly worked to attain forgiveness from the actual harmed party: his ex.
