Man, this mini truck is simply perfect. There is nothing that was done differently than what I would do! Congratulations!!! And without a doubt one of the cars that I would love to have, but here in Brazil there is practically nothing like it. Great video!
nice surface treatment, but I'm wondering why there is almost no attention paid to anything mechanical aside from some bushings? Tell me you did some restoration to the motor right? you didn't leave that full of grease and dirt after making the outside all new. I was hoping for some engine / suspension footage.
Ton of videos already on engine rebuilds for these trucks. It’s hard to film/not very entertaining to watch in time-lapse so I do that work off camera.
Okay, now I’m confused, where is the engine if it’s not in the front? Did you make a video of changing all the fluids? I would like to see how it’s done on this utility truck 🛻
If you search Honda Acty fluid change there is already videos out there for this. The engine is located in the rear of the truck between the back tires. It can be accessed from the underneath and the top side of the bed for maintenance.
Cheapest option is to find a broker and import one from Japan. Of course with this option it will be a several months before you receive the truck while it is being imported. If you want a turn key ready to go truck usually your best bet is to find one that has already been registered in the US for sale on Facebook marketplace. Make sure to check your states laws regarding Kei trucks before you make the purchase. States like Georgia have banned them from being registered for street use. You can call your local DMV if you can’t find the info online.
