Community College of Philadelphia is the largest public institution of higher education in the City. Since 1965, over 500,000 students have passed through our doors seeking associate's degrees, certificates, improved workplace skills and lifelong learning. Many of our degree students transfer to four-year institutions while others seek employment in the Philadelphia region. Over 90 percent of our graduates remain in the area and seek employment, strengthening our local economy and workforce. Local businesses look to us to provide workplace training to keep their workers skilled and their companies competitive.
Typically pretentious American approach to so called "fine dining". Americans take such matters SO seriously. It also precedes from the presumption of ignorance on the part of the diner.
This is, from a European perspective, laughably pretentious. And if anyone at the table said "Perhaps you are unfamiliar with the menu. Let me order for you..." I would walk out. How arrogant could you get!

Chef Don you are telling us that you add Saffron and it is very expensive. Why do t you use Turmeric instead of the Saffron? It bring the same color to the dish. Is there other benefits to our heath than just the color? Many thanks for a reply.
