17:12 I love how every reactor I've seen has a similar reaction to seeing him. I have a feeling that he's on the short list for the most favorite Big Bad for many fans.
When my mum first watched Buffy with me about two years ago, this episode actually helpesd her get over her fear of Dracula. Like she was legit terrified of Dracula. And watching this episode actually helped her get over it. Now whenever she thinks of Dracula she thinks of 'i'm standing, right here.' 😂😂😂
I think Prue's romantic destiny feels aimless because her soulmate was Andy. I liked seeing Leo, Cole, and Darryl investigating together. An angel, a demon, and a cop. Power of Three boissss
Not you mad at the man that was good to prue and her wanting happiness but here for phoebe and her demon cole. Mind you cole was the reason leo was almost killed when he snitched to the triad and they inform the elder during the eclipse episode
Not particularly mad at the guy good for her cause I liked them. I’m just mad at him ruining their wedding. I also was annoyed that Cole snitched in the first place but once I saw he stole Piper’s wedding book I already expected him to mess it up. How can I predict that Prue’s man is gonna ride into the wedding and destroy every decoration known to man.
Loved this reaction! I love and hate this episode, only because it shows Prue's power expanding to dreams and desires, while also showing Piper and Leo's love. I can't to see you go forward with this season ! 💗
I realise this video is a year old but would you ever consider Xena Warrior Princess. Like Xena is my ultimate 90's show. ...although you'd likely have to watch Hercules too as they do crossover allot and Xena is actually a spin-off that honestly surpassed Hercules.
See i don't hate Willow this Season. I hate what she did to Tara and what she tried to do to Buffy in Tabula Rasa. The reason i can forgive allot of it is because she is held accountable in a way that matters. She loses Tara over what she does, she hurts Dawn (and i'd argue next to Tara, Dawn loves Willow the most.) There are very real consequences for her. Some of what she did is unforgiveable (e.g. sleeping with Tara after wiping her memory.) I hate how that is never addressed as what it is, yet when Warren does the exact same thing it is called exactly what it is. But then they also did the same thing with Xander in Season 3 when he blackmailed Amy into casting that love spell. Heck he's literally rewarded for it because Cordy takes him back. I hate that when it comes to the 'good guys' like Willow and Xander it's played for laughs or never addressed but when it comes to villains like Warren they (thankfully) get torn to bits and bloody up the forest doing it. Either its bad no matter what, or it isn't. I think that's my biggest problem with this Season. Even though this is my favourite Season in a Season where SA is a huge theme where even the heroes are using magic to do it or have a history of using magic to do it, they are never called out for it...i'm rambling.
I've seen allot of reactions to this episode, but your reaction to Tara was the almost the same as mine was when i watched it back 2011/2012. Your reaction to it had me tearing up, this was one of the most raw reactions to the show. And hell yes, about Jonathan. Thank you. The amount of people who defend Jonathan this Season just because 'he helped in the end' is unreal. He could have stopped after the invisibility ray thing. He should have stopped once he found out they were targetting Buffy after everything she's done for him.
Remember in the beginning Derek told Scott sometimes you show what you are instead of transforming into a wolf? I think that mostly happens when you're changed in non-traditional ways. So Jackson was clawed by Derek after he was poisoned by that rare wolfsbane, then when he finally got bitten he had wolfsbane in his blood so he didn't go straight wolf, he became the snake he is on the inside. Kate basically got clawed deep into her throat by Peter and comes back as the vicious killer she is. So either the werecoyote is born that way, or more likely, Malia's mother had something similar happen to her and she didn't transform fully into a wolf because she's good at blending in and hiding in pain sight like the coyote. Peter is a born wolf so I'm thinking Malia gets the coyote gene from her mother. And yes, Kate's pedophile behind is trash and she needs to go.
I wish we'd had more scenes of Buffy and Tara interacting and hanging out, because honestly their friendship was the most wholesome of the entire show.
Something just occured to me. Willow only cast the spell to make Buffy and Tara forget. Meaning, Giles, Xander, Anya, Dawn, and Spike would still know about Buffy being in Heaven and the disagreements between Willow and Tara about her over use of magic. How was Willow going to tackle the others, because eventually one of them was bound to mention Heaven to Buffy, and when she has no clue what their talking about Tara would once again realise what happened. Obviously the whole point is Willow obviously isn't thinking about the long-term, eventually she would have had to start erasing everybody else's memories too...i realise i totally over-thought this, but hey that's what makes shows like Buffy fun.
Oh my stars, finally someone who agrees with me about Jonathan. Like by the time this Season ended i was so sick of his shiz after all the times Buffy helped him.
9:05 I'm sure that there's another reason why Phoebe and Bo got connected (other than sharing the same power) and it's the same reason why Phoebe got connected with Succubus in s2 (notice how they had different powers) but can't say what it is without getting into spoilers so all I can say for you is to wait, I would love to see you figuring it out. ;) Also notice how Bo at 10:55 was able to "sense" that Cole has something evil inside.
Recast dad has a different backstory. He didn’t stay away by choice. Grandma made him leave. And the first season episode never happened. The wiped the slate clean for recast Dad. It’s weird but not shocking.
Shannen and Julian Dated in Real Life For 2 years, I think. And she Directed this episode too. I love to see her having fun and she's a really good director, I love all the she directed. She makes good directing choices, holly always say when she thinks, she wasn't good. Shannen always say she is doing great and she pushes her to be better. And she does. I love Shennen, R.I.P And Blessed Be 🌷😢
It's interesting how much dating behind the scenes they had at that point - Shnned and Julian, Alyssa and Brian. Only Holly didn't date anyone from the cast xD
I know it would break the story but I really wanted Buffy to start crying when she hugged Giles and then tell him that she was in heaven and Willow Tara Anya and Xander used scary dark magic to pull me out to come back and be the slayer. Yell at them. Do the adult thing you do! ☹️😂😂👍🏾
which is one reason why Alyssa and her didnt get along because i remember in an interview she would constantly tell shannen "i get to make out with julian"
@@invadertifxiii I was telling people after me considering how close we are to talking about a very spoiler filled subject. But you know people. Gonna pop off with some season 8 stuff talking bout and that’s how it all ends 😱😱😂😂👍🏾 But yeah I went more spoilery than you but tried to not say anything all the way. Please don’t read my stuff Naj 😂😂👍🏾😜
I never saw charmed but I remember you were the fan of Buffy. Shannon Dorothy and Sarah Michelle Gellar has been friends for 30 years and her instagram stories is filled with their memories 😢
Shannen Doherty was perfect as Prue and such a badass woman. I feel so sad and heartbroken. It's unbelievable and unfair that she's gone. 😭💔 Rest in Power, Charmed One. ❤️ #ForeverCharmed
