Is this what you see with the naked eye or is it something with like it’s matching the camera speed, like how an airplane propeller looks still sometimes?

Awesome, didvyou that Felix the cat was an Australian creation. The creator moved to the U.S. after creatng Felix & was a cartoon success but sadly after he passed away & the people who worked with him hadcalso passed away someone else stole the credit & creation of Felix. Luckily there is evedience that Felix the Cat iscan Australian creation at the NSW sate library.
