Whew! Right on time. I’m definitely in a transition process in my life style and choices. And I’ve had to slow all the way down to process what’s happening what’s coming with me what’s not. And it’s been interesting times.
The Phang was crazy 🤪, but we found many revelations that we are blessed to share. Happy to know you got some souvenirs. Thank you Nik-Pete for taking the trip with us! We always appreciate your POV. 🙏🏽
Ko Phangan sounds like a wild place, but I'm glad you found some healing and peace there. Thank you for reemphasizing how you must sit in the discomfort to find that healing; it's hard but necessary. Overall, would you recommend someone go to Ko Phangan if they were going to Thailand?
Thanks for taking the trip with us! If you are in Thailand for a bit I would say stop by, it’s definitely an experience. However, if you really want to experience the Thai culture I would recommend Bangkok, Chang Mai and Ko Samui before Ko Phangan. Ko Phangan has a lot of expats/foreigners/westerners. If you go please let us know how your experience was.
You can fully be these things when you know you are. If being a healthy wife, mother, and/or sister is defined by the words and expectations of others, you are at the mercy of their thoughts. Knowing yourself empowers you to be all of these things and more to the fullest of what you are called to be/do.
I am inspired by the vulnerability and candor displayed in this episode. I appreciate you and Miesha for sharing all of these gems with the world. May God continue to bless you both🙏🏾✨
Thanks Queen for taking this trip with us! We are glad that you were able to walk away with some souvenirs. May God continue to bless you as well on your journey, and we look forward to taking more trips with you!!
Indeed, you are still all these things. However the question is proposing, outside of those roles who are you as an individual. We believe that’s what self-discovery is all about, being on a journey to further know, learn and grow self. Thank you for your perspective! And check out the full episode when you have time. 🙏🏽
Yes! That is one of our favorite parts too!! Such a mic drop 🎤 moment, faith or fear, which one are you feeding?! Thanks for taking this trip with us! We look forward to seeing you for part 2.
"Sometimes we are triggered by peace..." Wow! I (re)learned so much from my own words!! So thankful and blessed to be a part of this journey. It is definitely one worth traveling!
Listen!! You dropped so many souvenirs along the way. We were blessed by your words and grateful to be in such amazing company. Indeed it is worth traveling!
That hard drive example is SO APPLICABLE! We don't know until something/someone says, "you're out of energy/room/avoidance points"; at some point, you HAVE to deal with the "things".
Exactly Miesha! Often times we don’t even realize how we are reaching capacity, until. It’s not always easy to deal with things but it is so necessary. Hope you enjoyed the episode, thanks for your feedback.
What an amazing reminder that discomfort and "spoiled" plans force us to look for other options outside of our comfort zones and thoughts of familiarity and discover things about ourselves and our purposes only spontaneity and surrender can reveal.
I completely love this. Nicole Peterson sent me over…and I’m staying! Would love to connect with you to be a guest in the podcast, it’s time for me to be vulnerable too! I would love that❤
Catrina, thank you your support! I want to applaud you in advance for your willingness to be open and vulnerable. It’s a beautiful space to be in. I will be sure to have Nicole connect us. And we look forward to being on this journey with you!
Thank you Nik-Pete. We aren't always responsible for the things that happen to us, but we are response-able. And we owe it to ourselves to find the lessons in every experience.
What an amazing start to your podcast in starting this podcast. This is going to not only remind you of where you’ve gone, but also where you are going!!! 🎉
London! Just realizing this was you. Thank you!! Thank you!! Your brother was one of the amazing lives that served as empowerment for me. I am forever grateful for you and your Mom’s strength and openness in sharing his greatness. I am honored to have you apart of this journey!!
LAWD!!! I didn’t know I was going to need tissues. I loved every minute of this, thank you for sharing your experience with us. Can’t wait for the next video!
I love this! I had to laugh about opening the refrigerator, that was my dad. I see where you get your soul, your Mom was one of the deepest youngest hippy (est) friends I knew that was mature beyond her years. I see it runs in the family. I subscribed today and I wish you all the best in your new venture! Dexter story is hilarious! lolol God Bless!
Thank you Karen for your thoughtful feedback and support! Yes, she’s an amazing, one of a kind woman. Again appreciate and excited about you taking this journey with us!
Thank you for this. I remember your grandmother. She was a kind spirit and loving individual. She was always kind to me. Your mother and I shared stories often. I look forward to joining you on this journey. Cheers!
Thank you for receiving it. She indeed was a beautiful being, appreciate you sharing your sentiments. We look forward to you being on this journey with us. Peace and Blessings!
Absolutely an amazing adventure! I can’t wait to watch/listen to the entire series. The intro to the podcast was well delivered. I can appreciate how the Creator made herself so vulnerable and was able to keep GOD’s resolve with her through her obstacles. The photos make the journey personable, relatable, and gives a glimpse into her past
