I cant stop working, as I have young children I also need to support. what university would a recommendation? Thank you
If I'm aiming for scholarship, is it better to do an LLB or a JD in Aus? I was thinking that if I do JD, I'd do an undergraduate in Global Studies and then do a JD, it'll be easier to get financial aid. What do you think? My ultimate goal is to get into policy analysis or legal advisors in NGOs.

I think it depends on the university. Some unis require you to take the LSAT and some don’t. For example i believe Melb Uni requires the LSAT but Monash does not.
To find opportunity, look for booming industries, eg immigration. I understand the benchmark credential for registration as an agent (irrespective of whether you hold a law degree or not) is a diploma in Aust Migration Law & prac.

I'm going solo tomorrow. While I'm very charismatic and I suppose even be label a "social butterfly"(linked up with 2 randos & they booked where lodge). I know what you mean tho...it also wasn't my intent to go solo and while that can be emotional. It definitely overcomes the experience!
Can someone like me with with an LLB Hons degree practice in another country after graduation Would I not need to do a JD Degree as I already will have an LLB hobs degree from an accredited university here in New Zealand. What is the process for a person with no legal work experience to work in another country to practice with the LLB Hons degree? Do you have any advice as I am trying to get legal experience but its very compedative and finding a job isn't easy here in NZ, Is there other countries to practice such as Australia , UK, Dubai, anywhere in Europe. What is the legal job market for a law graduate with the LLB Hons degree ?

I am doing an LLB Honours in NZ, I am in 3rd year of law and next year 2024 is my last year of law school, I have been trying to get a legal job but its hard and very competitive
I am studying an LLB Honours at uni here in NZ as I maintained an A- average and my law degree is 4 years. A lot of the JD program is very similar and most of the papers are the same as the LLB Honours degree. Thats why there is no need for me to have a JD. Any law degree is is tough but manageable. My last year of my LLB Honours is 2024 and graduation will be in 2024 end.
I am not doing a JD as I am doing LLB Honours here in New Zealand and I am currently in my 3rd year as a lot of the papers are very much similar to the JD. How do you get a clerkship because I've never had any experience in the legal field, do you have any tips on getting a clerkship with a law firm as I need to have legal experience as a lot of my friends and in my law cohort are working in the legal field and need experience.
Your university should have some career fairs to assist with roles. If not I would look on law firm website for when they have intakes of paralegals/clerks and apply.
Please make video what will happen after completion of law of one year ? I am coming to Australia for llm my frnda told me if you do one year llm masters they will send you back within 6 months after completion of a degree if you don't find a job
