You can't add a self-made ringtone on this model unfortunately, but you can on some of our other apartment monitors, just be aware that these may or may not be compatible with your current system.

Very interesting video. It's also a good thing that you included SbD since it helps to understand the reasons behind their strategies and how important collaboration between them and manufacturers is.
You can adjust the call volume by holding down the button with one 'dot' next to it for 5 seconds, the LED will now flash yellow on the monitor, then press the button with three 'dots' next to it which will cycle the monitor through 'Loud', 'Low' & 'Mute'. I hope that helps!
@@urmetuk thank you this is really helpful. I am in the menu but now I don’t know how to come out of it and my intercom doesn’t work at the moment so I assume it’s because I’m still in the menu somehow. Thanks a lot
