Xiao's burst makes it that every plunge attack deals additional damage. In TCG, when switching character, the first normal attack of the character you just switched to is considered a plunged attack. Switching from Venti to Xiao then doing it's normal attack activates his burst's effect and deals additionnal damage.
Deck is garbage sometimes and gets destroyed by so many things. Requires entirely too much setup and rng base on cards. Gets destroyed by overloaded, freeze, now wanderer, and shuffle decks of jean/sucrose. It's also weak to burst damage (to be fair everything is) or damage from summons that combine with elemental reaction. That's entirely too much weakness. Gigantic holes. Only good for RU-vid videos vs shitty opponents and opponents with certain setups. Reminds me of baton pass teams in pokemon, except in pokemon I had more of a chance to pull it off there.
Someone played this deck against me yesterday, it was very strong, I was defeated with the other person's raiden and beidou dead and hu tao with 4 health left.
