I love this update! I've been doing your workouts for over 10 years and I know my skin looks younger than most women in their 60s. Yes! Both of them are good for keeping balance in the face. This has a new handhold for the full hand mid-face slide part of the routine. It takes everything up a notch!!! Amazing how one hand movement can make a difference. Love. ❤

Hi! It's suggested you use moisturizer with this exercise! The less slippery the slides, the stronger the build .. do go slowly and easily until you can perform these slides without too much moisturizer. This is excellent in lifting up and out the mid-face and lower jowl area. & ¡Hola! ¡Se sugiere que use crema hidratante con este ejercicio! Hi Uzma! I would start with 3 days a week. Work up to using it 5 days a week as that should give you faster results. I've been using the CFF Gua Sha for well over a year and I love the results. Perform this routine once a day ... 5 days a week for 4 weeks .... Then, perform the full routine 4 days a week for another 4 weeks. Finally, try and perform this routine 3 times a week ... evenly spaced as possible until you reach your goal!

@@damiensmith1090 Hi there! Yes! In the basic 28 foundational exercises, there is one specifically for lifting up the tip of your nose. #12 Nose Shaper. I'm sorry I don't have a free video of this. What you do is take the Index finger of one hand and place it just under the tip of your nose. Push up. At the same time, pull your upper lip over your top teeth creating resistance. You can then take the Index finger from your other hand and place it in the Philtrum at the "Cupids Bow" area and push in as you bring your upper lip over your top teeth and gently push up on the tip of your nose - FORTY times. Perform every other day until you start to see results. Love.

Vertical lip lines can be diminished to almost nothing. I know! I am 76 years old and I managed it. I really like the way my lips and whole mouth area look now. No artificial puffing up .. just smooth, defined lips!

Hi Sarah! The fingers are "squeezing the muscle in a particular place ... creating resistance and building muscle fiber. Since the skin and muscles in the face are intertwined - one end goes into a bone and the other end into the skin, as you build the muscles, the skin comes up with the newly tightened muscle. This finger placement addresses the full cheek, including the "temple area" where building is often neglected and needed. As we age, we lose volume in this area, as well ... so this is a win win for the entire facial rejuvenation. Very good question. With 2 weeks, you will see a slight smoothing and lifting. That tired look goes away, first. Then, every 3 months, you can have a "youth jump". That is, you will look a little bit younger, smoother and lifted ... all of a sudden and this look stays as long as you continue to exercise. Then, in another few months, another youth jump and so on. I still have youth jumps, occasionally with CFF after over 20 years of exercising. Of course, I am still aging, but CFF systems let me keep my youthful look at age 76! YAY!
