You can try using some red loctite on the screw of that pedal, coat the threads and screw it in till it spins free, when the loctite sets up it shouldn't move anymore.
It's called the Mississippi River Trail. I'm following the Illinois side, up to Wisconsin and into Minnesota. It's a string of roads and sometimes trails that stretch the length of the Mississippi from the headwaters to the Gulf of Mexico.

Hey Joy! That video was from last year. I believe that we went early/mid morning and stayed until mid afternoon. The parking fills up really fast, and if I remember correctly...if the parking is full you have to park down the road a ways and take a taxi to get there(don't quote me on that but I think my memory is correct).
