The newest hope for cancer may be one of the oldest. For over fifty years humanity has marshalled every resource in the war against cancer with little to show for it. The eye-watering amounts of money spent on research and drug development have failed to generate meaningful treatments or improve patient survival.
But what if our most basic, foundational assumption about what causes cancer is wrong?
Buried for a century, the metabolic theory of cancer is overturning entrenched dogma and reshaping the future of cancer treatment.
The 5-part docuseries, CANCEREVOLUTION, explores cutting-edge discoveries based on centuries-old research. It is the story of the revolutionary scientists and practitioners committed to following scientific evidence rather than institutional dogma to find effective cancer treatments. In the process, they are starting to redefine not just cancer treatment, but our very definition of cancer and what causes it.
Congratulations to have the courage to think out of the box. I am a little surprised, any mention to some fasting protocol, that is the most powerful tool to reduce massively the ratio glucose/ketones I think?
Hello everyone,i had may surgery last Sept.3,2024,and i got may biopsy result this morning😢the tumor is really a thymoma and my doctor refer me to the oncologist because she said its spreads in my left lungs though it was sucessfully removed already,i don't know what to do now if i will go to the oncologist to undergo chemo and radiation😭😭😭i am 38 years old,and my son and daughter is still young😢😢i really don't know what to do😭😭😭
It is an absolute disgrace what this man had to endure to treat his own illness, karma is coming. It is already happening around the world. I pray that God forgives the people who have turned a blind eye to such a precious soul. You will set the standard Pablo! Thank you for your obedience and light getting the word out in this world.
Thanks for your comment and perspective, Amanda. I've mentioned elsewhere in the discussions here, but will do so here also. I do not follow a strict vegan diet, nor have I spoken about following a keto protocol. Because of the markers and mechanics of my particular cancer, as well as those presenting on regular metabolic and terrain panels, I follow a nutrient-dense, plant-based diet, occasionally including organic eggs and oil-rich fish. I monitor my insulin reactivity twice per year to assure my levels remain stable. It works for me, as would something entirely different for someone else. The point here is always to find what works for YOUR body, YOUR health and healing, and in partnership with a comprehensive team of medical professionals.
Thank you, Arlene - I appreciate your watching! My goal here is to share what's possible, as well as to encourage anyone watching to plot their own course. Yours in health and healing 🧡
Hi Miguel, thanks for your question! I haven't, and don't know any fellow thrivers who have either. I'd love to hear about anything you come across. :)
I ate healthy for years, went to the gym, didn't drink, never even tried a cigarrete, my reward? same cancer as you at 31. I'm just going to eat whatever i want and enjoy life, as long as i don't get fat
WOW, you have overlived glioblastoma. This should be spread all over the world - it it´s true. Or ar you just looking for money? All oncologysts should be interested in this...
I do admire you! Going it alone is so hard. I have stage 4 cancer in my spine and elsewhere. I am doing the keto diet with fenbendazole and ivermectin. Plus loads of supplements. I am not doing chemo. In about one more month of keto diet, I am going to switch to Chris Wark’s diet. He is online if you are interested. All the best wishes for you! Xxx
In 2012 My husband had a thymoma removed from around his heart that weighed 1.2 pounds. Then radiation. In 2022 he had a wedge resection in his right lung. In 2024 it has metastasized to his left lung. He is 68. They recommended chemo as the only option. A 50/50 chance of shrinking them. And a 10% chance to get it all. Wow! We had the same reactions! He said to his Dr. that chemotherapy is archaic and barbaric. She looked at him like she was in shock! He went on a keto diet and lost 21 pounds. We became our own advocate and sought out another integrative oncologist, Dr. Dawn Lemanne in Ashland, Oregon. She knows Dr. Seyfried very well. She has had a lot of education in regards to metabolic therapy. There were also many labs drawn. Don’t know all the results yet. We are hopeful. He has started began metabolic therapy. It is a daily effort to eat the correct food (keto) avoiding all carbohydrates, fasting and exercise, with muscle building starting next week. Getting there with ketosis. He’s having some constipation and diarrhea. He is motivated to rid his body of these tumors! I’m trying to help him not worry about the state of the country and he stresses about politics. So I appreciate your video! Thank you for your input! I will have him watch your video. Good luck to you !
Please, could you remove the music in the background… the audio is a very poor quality and us no native speakers have a really bad time to understand… Thank you for this video anyway. I hope it will help my sister, who is in the same situation. 🙏
Kali, they just found 6cm on my thymus. Just had a biopsy and waiting results. Your videos have helped me so much and given me some hope. I’m definitely just crossing the starting line here but you give me hope and I thank you for that.
Salmon, healthy fruits and vegetables. I have Cancer too. I stopped eating fried foods, sugary drinks. Instead of Canola oil I use coconut oil. I use an air fryer now instead of frying in lots of oil. I drink Vegetable juices and protein shakes instead of soda. May not cure Cancer but hope that it helps since I stopped the fattening unhealthy things. If this doesn't work then know idea what to do.
Cancer is a deeply complex disease, with so many influencing factors to consider---diet and nutrition play a huge role! Sounds like you're making some wonderful and helpful changes... don't stop learning! WIshing you health and healing. 🧡
Big pharma and big medicine and big insurance is the new old mafia. They care first and foremost for profits. They egregiously exploit people’s inherent trust in their doctors. I’ve cured myself of every issue I’ve had, some very serious. Doctors did not help treat the root causes.
The 'idh1 mutant gene' (mentioned at 20.24) is a hugely fortunate advantage to anyone considering doing keto for cancer , (as with Pablo). At the very least, Patients should be told if they have this gene, or be told they can be tested for it . This gene helps blocks the glutamine that is, (along with glucose), fuel that cancer cells need .
Thank you for your comment. I think Pablo is the only Cancer Thriver we have spoken with who has that special gene. It may be helpful, but lots of cancer patients are benefitting from ketogenic diets and other metabolic therapies who don't have it. I can't imagine NOT doing metabolic therapies because I didn't have that special gene. Perhaps people who realize they have that gene can have a little more hope in their cancer journey.
@@CANCEREVOLUTIONdoc From reading comments , there are many anecdotes of how keto ,and Metabolic therapy are helping put cancers into remission . There is definately real benefit to the therapy and more people should use it and be made aware of it .
Sounds like you didn't have to bad of a THYMOMA case . My THYMOMA cancer almost killed me when it spread .. lost my left lung half my diaphragm a rib , chemo , radiation, ablation . Now the cancer is in my spine bone . And now I have MG and on all types of medicine , then Dr found out I'm a type two diabetic . This is hell
I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis and severity. Cancer is certainly no one's friend. We're very grateful to Kali for bravely sharing her story. I know she puts on a tough facade and may not share all the pain. She shares a bit more openly on her Instagram channel. I wish you the best of luck and health and hope that the info here helps. ❤️
The medical community is beholden to “the standard of care “. Doctors are afraid to recommend anything that is not the recommended by the whole community. I am in and out of multiple hospitals I make a point of checking with the dietitians and food staff. A Ketogenic diet is not recommended and not delivered to patients. The food preparation staff are more knowledgeable than the dietitians I’ve spoken to but they can only provide what is recommended by the dietitian or physician.
The press/pulse idea comes from looking at mass extinction events. The idea is that a constant amount of stress is placed on a system, this is the press. Then an acute pulse hits that system and a large number of whatever is stressed is knocked out. This is the pulse. For cancer, as Seyfried discusses it, keto is the press and small amounts of chemo or radiation are the pulse.
Hi thank you for your testimony. After your first diagnosis HER2 - ER + did you undergo standard of care radiation Chemo or endocrine therapy hormone blockers ? Did you have a masectomy or lumpectomy. Thanks !
I had a bi-lateral mastectomy after my first diagnosis. I was stage 1 at that point, neither chemo nor radiation were necessary. I was put on a five year course of Tamoxifen, which I took for 2 years. Because I had the lowest oncotype scoring, I was ok'd by my oncologist at the time to cease endocrine therapy so I could start a family. I hope this helps... please don't hesitate to ask more questions, I'm always happy to answer!
So your first bout with BC was stage 1 and then it came back as stage 4??? Had you changed your diet after the stage 1 and gone keto no low sugar ? Just curious. Do you know if your hormones were balanced after the stage 1 diagnosis. I would have. Thought after becoming pregnant that would have helped you.
@@mmppa1213 Correct, with seven years in between diagnoses. I was never counseled to check hormone levels post-mastectomy, as it wasn’t within conventional medical protocols. I did not follow any metabolic therapies until after my stage iv diagnosis, knowing absolutely nothing about it until beginning my own research. I listened exclusively to my conventional oncologists up until that point. I had my son in 2018, two years before my 2nd diagnosis. My metastases were already present at that point, though obviously unknown to me at the time. Important to clarify here, I have removed all sugar, but also alcohol, processed foods and most meat from my diet (specific fish only and occasionally), and do not follow a keto protocol. I’ve found a combination nutrient rich/low glycemic diet works best for me, my body and my healing, along with several other metabolic therapeutics I’ve incorporated.
I also have grade 3 astrocytoma now I am on oral chemotherapy ,surgery and radiotherapy done,God bless you 🙏🙏🙏🙏I have 2 kids also before I was working in Saudhi MOH hospital as a nurse.

This was incredibly helpful Dr Obulor for using your herbal remedies to cure Cervical Cancer totally in a short period of time. I’m still amazed for the healing I got doctor you’re great,,
