The milk quantity depends on the size of the eggs you are using. If you use extra large eggs then 177ml ( 3/4 cup), if you use large size eggs then 1 cup ( 236ml). Cream is 10% fresh cream or half & half. Got it?

Depende del país, aquí en Nicaragua le llamamos torta, que que es el que tiene baño de merengue, y bizcocho es el que no tiene grasa en su elaboración, es a base de huevos, azúcar y harina. Saludos.

Just cream sugar and butter until you get a white creamy mixture. Butter should be in room temperature. If not, use the "soften" option in microwave to bring it to the correct form. Thank you for your comment!
Thanks for sharing this easy to follow video. And straight away loved how you emphasized about not wasting ingredients and using a spatula to scrape bowl. So many on here don't and leave precious ingredients in the bowls and spoons.
