This is absolutely STUNNING! You have given me great inspiration! I’m just starting with Bible journaling and am trying to learn so much. I’m so glad I found your channel. Please don’t stop making such beautiful creations that are so inspirational ❤ God bless you sweetie 🧡💛
AWWW Thank you! So glad you are enjoying! Yes I've been MIA the past year or so. I've been dealing with a lot. I'm hoping to get back to crafting soon! Seasons of life....
I was just wondering if embossing folders worked without a machine and found your video. Thanks so much!! Because I don’t have a machine, and like to save money. This is great 🥳 I have one of those marble or granite rolling pins (thrift store purchase) that I think I could use too.
I would usually buy from crafters who are selling a ton of items in bulk or boxes of items at garage sales or thrift shops and the folders would be included in my buys... or I've also had friends give me some of their stuff. I just held on to them thinking I'd get a machine one day...and I did.
Wow, thank you so much! I actually like that you can control the embossing better without the machine for varying effects as you demonstrated around the 3:30 mark. I'm thinking a rubber hammer might work well 😆
This is The Most Beautiful journal I’ve ever seen. Everything about it is superb. Congratulations on a sublime work of art. ❤ Do you have tutorial videos on making the hinged pages and also how to make a book within a book?
Fabulous papers and techniques. I have a boxful of that kind of parchment paper I got from a charity shop, so I’ll be making some of these. Thank you for sharing.
Gelatos are a creamy vibrant pigmented water soluable color (kind of like a paint or chalk in a type of lipstick tube) made by Faber Castell. You can buy them in packages or individual if you want to try one to play around with.
Glad to see you back! You have been missed. I love the Bible journaling pages and the junk journals you have done. I have used some of your techniques in a photo junk journal I did for my grandson's high school graduation gift. He loved it! Hope you will get answers to your medical problems so you can enjoy crafting again.
Aww thank you! Yes it's hard being in pain all the time- makes me very unmotivated to craft. I'm hoping to push myself to do more crafts soon... I'm easing my way back in! I love that your grandson loved the gift!! I'm sure he'll treasure it forever!
Really love the way you put this togather! Super cool! How long does it take to make something like that? And house many dollars get wraped up on a project like that. I need to know if I have to talk to my banker! Lol! ❤
lol! Thank you! Depending on how much time I have to craft these journals can take me anywhere from 2 weeks to a month. And they can get as expensive (or not) as you want… you can use miscellaneous items you have around the house or go out and buy a bunch of stuff. I’m trying to use materials I already have (which is a substantial amount!) most of which I’ve gotten at garage sales, thrift stores, clearance sales, etc…
I actually bought it from a Christian bookstore near me a long time ago- but its the illustrated Faith/ Dayspring spiral bound Bible if you want to look it up. I think they have newer versions out now!
Thank you so much! I'm hoping to be able to do some more crafting in the near future... I missed you all as well!! It's really been tough and I'm fighting my way through it right now
Hi there- and welcome- All my "to do" videos are on this channel- you can just scroll (or google Renaissance journal) to get them all! I show you step by step how I put this whole journal together! Hope you enjoy!
And I have been wanting to start a prayer journal but just didn't know where to even begin:") God does work in Amazing divine mysterious ways ... My heart is full this Beautiful Sunday morning , again thank you so much ❤❤❤
Just found your channel and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! ❤❤❤ So inspiring and indescribably creative, I have been endlessly searching to find my creativity again after I lost my fiance almost 3 years ago on my birthday this coming April so I'm more than thankful to you for sharing your blessed gift of creativity with the world!!! ❤❤❤
Awww sorry for your loss!! And I have been trying to get back into it the last couple of years myself (I've been dealing with a lot and haven't been very creative lately myself!) I'm trying to get it back and get back on...so your words of encouragement mean a lot to me!! Thank you!
I love this journal! The embossing and gold ink made the pages so gorgeous, and rich looking! Your use of red tissue paper was inspiring to me! I'm also working on a Gothic Vampire love journal, so I may copy your idea and use red tissue paper, too! I have been inspired by you! TFS! ~Janet in Canada P.S. I've subscribed to your channel! 💝💝

I am elderly and so blessed I happened upon your channel!!!!😊I just started crafting in my Bible and have been watching others to get ideas. Wow! I have watched quite a few flip throughs, but I LOVE LOVE yours the most! You inspire me to take Bible journaling to a higher level!!!!!!!! ❤I pray your surgery is successful and our Lord in all His kindness, grace, and mercy, delivers you from your suffering and agony and bless you with abundant healing and restoration.
Awww Thank you so much! You have NOOOO idea how this affected me this morning- I have been reallyyyyy struggling with my health lately- it's been a really rough 2 years and the doctors still don't know why I'm in so much pain. Really appreciate your prayers!
@@proteinbomb885 yes then you'd want to only journal around the words- or add tip ins or extra sheets, maybe use clear transparency paper to glue things on and use as tip ins....
Renee would it be possible for you to list supplies that you've used. I am interested in the die you used to cut the strap pieces you use in this video. Thanks
