fords premium maintenance plan is a scam. Its just another of the dealerships way to sell aftermarket scam stuff to get a commission for their finance officer. Your basically paying for your oil changes/fluid checks etc ahead of time for up to 8 years. About 300 dollars a year to cover future oil changes, checks. 95% of the people don't benefit from the plan. Only someone who drives a lot, 20+ thousand miles a year will benefit. Much of the "benefits" in the plan are in fact not true and scams. They say your basic brake work is covered, it isn't, pads and such aren't covered. It says full synthetic oil available for most vehicles, scam, that isn't automatic, its AVAILABLE for most vehicles, you don't get that in the plan unless you pay more. Doesn't even include that much of the time the service department doesn't even do the services you have paid for already, such as tire rotations. Its a salesman scam to get more money out of you for minimal work. Don't ever get this crap. I worked for a Ford dealership, they actually have classes they give to employees in order to teach you how to scam money out of people. I've been in those classes. These extended warranty plans and extended maintenance plans are shrouded in legalize and are just commission bonus's to the finance department to sell you these scam plans.
You care about your customers? Last I checked one of your best customers Darrell Johnson Contracting followed Andy Gordon to Cam Clark Ford because of all the lies going on around there. I also remember you trying to charge him a mechanical inspection fee upon the pay out of his lease, not to mention how much he hates Sonny Brar from his lies.
