Take great care and keep creating and smiling ❤ I had 4 surgeries with pins and screws on my left hand. I had alot of really warm to hot baths at home between physio appointments and worked my hand lots in the water. My physiotherapist couldn't believe I got so much movement back as quick as I did each time.
