Wow looks really nice .And bonus they is fishing also we are certainly gonna try this place out all being well this year .thanks for sharing as we would have not known about this place .. Cheers..
I have climbed the highest peaks of Wales (Yr Wyddfa), Scotland (Ben Nevis), Ireland (Carrauntoohil) but I never got to climb Scafell Pike, mainly because I could never find the start of the path to it, and I become more preoccupied with the camping in that part of the world than the searching for the start of the path - medical conditions since then have now put the kibosh on me ever doing that climb now, which I admit, has become somewhat of a regret - I do find it ironic though that camping in that general area became a destination in itself instead of the mountain climb….
We went here last year and it's even better now. Been updated and modernised. There's a shop and they do pizzas and burgers on a Saturday night. We are booked in for July, it's a fantastic little site 😁 skipton not far also and ingleton falls, we went to both!
Looking at this site for next year! I had to smile at the beginning, as our first Caravan came with all the bits too, (except the full awning). We also tow with a 1600 (Duster), no problem as well. Happy travels and subscribed!👍😀
I enjoyed watching your video of Eype's mouth camping. I used to live at West Bay as a young boy growing up in the sixties, it brought back a lot of happy memories for me. Of course West Bay has changed dramatically since then and grown considerably.
Hi, unfortunately you didn’t see Pinewoods at its best. Usually it’s a lush green which they purposely leave long for biodiversity. We tend to go there weekends during the quieter season due to its popularity with families. Great video 😎
Knew there was a new video on its way…. Saw you leaving the storage yard last week. We’ve been to a few places you’ve been to, some because of your visit 👍
Thanks for the video, Dave! Just booked this site for June, so was wanting to have a little bit more of a look around the area. Just a comment for the awning, if you didn’t get it sorted.... the part against your caravan should be vertical where the blue part ends. There should be some loops at the bottom to peg in the near vertical position here Then grey extra bits fold INSIDE the awning, and are once again pegged down in there, and this forms an air seal, where you could use some rear poles to secure further, if required. It just looks a bit unruly, because it is slightly misshapen, because of the way it has been pitched 👍🏻 Hope that helps! Happy caravanning 😁
Thank you 🙏 So much for this video.. We have never been to this part of Uk 🇬🇧.. This summer possibly autumn 🍂 we are going.. Your editing is very good.. The area looks absolutely stunning.. Thank you again Subscribed.. Hopefully you both have a lovely year’s caravanning ..
Thanks so much for your nice words and enjoyed our video and soon this year we will be starting again with our trips hope ypu can get to enjoy watching them too regards Dave
We were fortunate to have 2 nights free here before it opened to the public it’s only 10 mins from where we live it’s a nice site providing you have transport to visit places though it’s great for cycling and walking 😊
