That man knows how to operate a combine. Fabulous video, great use of drone footage, beautiful scenery. The only thing I would say is it would have been even better with period tractors drawing away, I fully get using modern tractors for roadwork , safety and comfort etc. just from a video point of view it would have been even better if there was say a 5000 or MF 188 or similar on trailer duty.
I read the title wrong and thought this was supposed to be 1968. First thought was Jesus some quality filming. Then I saw the modern tractors and realised my mistake
My gran came from Waterford, she often talked of the fields and the lanes , but by the time I could travel life caught up . I will get there .beautiful country , what a great machine and your harvest looks good . Absolute joy . Great video 👍🥃 If you keep putting videos out like this you'll soon have some followers .
Great video. We used to have a 133 in the 80s. Loved driving it, but it was heavy without power steering. Seat position was pretty good. Lot less dusty than the Masseys.
I drove a combine the equivalent distance from here to Madrid once and harvested 7,000 acres on the way with a Class 106 and a 30' header. 36 years ago!
Lovely video. There's still a few of these 'old New Hollands' doing a day's work around the country. Great machines for their time, they seem to have outlasted the competition such as Claas Matadors and Senators, Fahr M88s and Fergie 400 & 500 series.
