I'm not sure exactly what you mean by overturning your ankles, but if you mean laterally your ankles are giving out, I would try an ankle brace with some lateral stability. It sounds like your injuries you have weaker ankles (which would be normal after injuries), so the extra stability would help! I used to roll my ankles consistently playing basketball and these type of ankle braces really helped (not just a sleeve.) I hope this helps, as I'm not exactly sure what you meant!
While it is lightweight which is beneficial to me, as it makes it easy to move, I definitely wouldn't say it is cheaply made. It has held up for me without a problem!
Thank you so much for this video! I really don’t enjoy working out but I have a goal of 50 pounds loss by the end of June. (my birthday) If I invest in, then I can go ahead and quit Planet Fitness
It has definitely helped me tone my legs without a doubt! Since you really aren't moving your arms, as like with a stair stepper, it's not going to really tone too much on your arms. However it also does tone and strengthen your core as well!
I think like with any exercise of your core and legs it can only benefit aiding in stability in balance. Getting on and off it may be tricky when you first start if you are struggling with balance. But once you get the hang of it, it definitely gets easier! I hope this helps! You got this!
Great review. Do you still use the equipment? If so, how often and do you feel like the equipment holds up over time? Have you seen results from the workout. I saw a FB ad pop up and it got my attention. I liked the fact that it looks fun and is low impact.
Yes I do! It has held up great and I haven't had issues. I enjoy having this type of workout to break things up from walking or jogging. Sometimes doing the same exercise gets stale and I really do enjoy using this machine without hurting my joints over time! I hope that helps :D
During my journey, I enjoyed working out and have owned two treadmills in my lifetime for the last 24 years. My first treadmill I had 14 years, bought another one of course this one has all the bells and whistles because I work out 5 to 6 days a week. Strength training 3 days a week. The only issue I have with the treadmill is I cannot move it, and no plans of getting rid of it just desire another piece of lightweight equipment I can move around the house or outside. Occasionally, I do run or walk outdoors during the summer, but most of the time I am indoors. Thank you for your input, my only question for you is how often do you have to change the bands and is it difficult to obtain? All the best in your fitness journey.
If you click on the link to the aeroski in my description, it has all the manufacturing information that should help! If it doesn't feel free to reply, I'm sure we all can help troubleshoot <3
I still use it, because I do enjoy it! However, not as much as I'd like, but it has nothing to do with the equipment! I've had some life events that do not give me a lot of free time. I did notice a some toning, and many people I have gotten to speak to because of these videos have lost weight if they stick to it, and noticed toning specifically in their core and legs :) I hope this helps!
Overall, does it work? Is the equipment sturdy? Does it hurt your knees? I have an injured knee and looking for sonething that won't cause a lot of pain. Also, is the VR app free?
Yes. This is sturdy but you must already have a good sense of balance. If you are a skier it's not really like skiing. It will definitely built leg strength for when you do ski.
It's sturdy and it works well! My knees have never hurt and I have had surgery one my one knee about 6 years ago now. That's one of the reasons I like it, bc it's so much less knee pressure vs. walking or running.
