Just a lady doing as many crafts as possible, as often as possible. Diamond painting, cross stitch, punch needle, crochet, rock tumbling, miniatures, plus hobbies including LEGO, fishing, hunting, and gardening.
You are the greatest! I purchased my first printed cross stitch and was so confused. You explained it so well that I understood what to do. I also subscribed to you in case I have any more questions questions!
This is an amazing video for beginners like me. I just know a little bit about it so your video was beneficial. Do you also have a video explaining what to do when the project requires different kinds of cross stitches for example half stitches or other stitches?
Thank you! That numbering is so weird compared to the canvas, having a completely different number. I just couldn't get my head around that. Thank you. I got it!
When you said at the start that this was for people who knew nothing about cross stitch I was like "perfect!" I didn't even know the tread was called floss LOL. So this was perfect for me. You explained everything thoroughly and slowly so I found it easy to understand and keep up. I also appreciate you saying the "proper" way and your way. With all crafts it's great to know the correct method but we all know we do things our own way and often that is better for us so I like to see both ways. You did a great job. Thanks very much.
I really appreciate you showing me about how to work a printed cross stitch I have had questions and have asked people but got no help thanks to you I now know what to do for a successful project.😂
Love the paintings, it’s been awhile since I did a large one, mostly doing the partial specials. I recently did a desktop clock turned out really pretty and keeps perfect time, I was surprised about that it’s for my sister in the care center they really enjoy them.
So many lovely kits! Thanks for sharing. I added those Dreamer Designs kits to my wishlist. Getting Ready for Christmas reminds me of these christmas villages I used to see in shops as a kid. I always wished my family had one but we never really had any place to put it. Working on a kit like that would be so fun because there's so much going on in every inch of it. I also added Scaredy Cats. I LOVE those purples in the background of that one and it's really a cute piece for Halloween in general. I need to make some progress on my stash and let my diamond painting expense account recover first before I order anymore though. All those Margaret Morales and Rosie Scribbles releases at DAC have cleaned me out. 😂
Hello hello Angie.... Love seeing canvases regardless of new or older. Those are gorgeous. Surprised Scaredy Cats' canvas was so colourful... can't wait to see you working on these.
So glad to hear you again! I’ve missed you ! Glad you had fun in the retreat and can’t wait to see that video. You have convinced me to try DD one more time (on a newer painting) because after the only one I’ve ever bought , Stormy Weather with the sea turtle, I swore I’d never buy another one. But. Since the everything is better nowadays, I’ll have to try one again. ❤
I had my eye on the faerie also and another of Nicki’s large paintings too. Both are beautiful paintings and and I love the old look in her village scenes. The cats and pumpkins are very cute. Not as dark as I thought it would be. I’m not into the darker side with Sarah Richter’s art but I still admire her artistry.. I hope you enjoy them all. Thank you for sharing. Peace and love abide with you 💕
Hi Angie 🥰 Omg that Christmas painting 😱😱🥰love it. Trust me Angie i have 1 ginger cat, and we love to wear black clothes- his hair are EVERYWHERE 🤦♀️🤦♀️
Had so much phone ogling your Sue Lentz piece, who very special. Looking forward to seeing the progress on it. There are so many floss dyers out there, I guess if you run out of something crucial, you might be able to get a dyer to help you with something approximate. What will you do with the finished piece?
Did you finish the painting? New subbie here. I’m kitting up my first DPD JWall this month. Have to finish current WIP on my dining room table -should be done in 2 days. Loved this video!
Hi I know this is an older video but i have a question, so you have to always go from left to right? so if i finish a row i cant go down to the next row and go right to left, then go down and do the one after left to right and so on?? im a crocheter and i just found a couple of cool kits i got a few years ago one is Maydear Magician, and the other 2 are joy sunday , one a cherub angel, and the other a log cabin with a beautiful view(?) the Magician is a huge one 70X78cm.....Im Sorry 1 more question... what if you run out of cord? what is used in its place? im sorry for the very long message im new to this.. i hope to hear back soon, thanks so much!
