In regards to your comment, by letting the crowd takeover singing one of the most iconic vocal lines that most everyone in the world knows was more about sharing that moment with the amazing crowd that obviously wanted to be involved. You should have been there. Singing Talent , good or bad, in my humble opinion doesn’t really matter with allowing everyone in that moment to be heard. 🤘
Appels or pears, can’t compere…both are to great and played so diffrent styles, Purple hade Jon Lord and Zeppelin hade Bonham, 2 so skilled talents doing it so great in each band. Purple hade so much diffrent singers, Zeppelin didn’t move on when Plants voice got older. But most say that the ”crossover” bettwen the to bands the album of ”Coverdale and Page” that came -93 is so underrated, it came under the grunge era, and got lost😏 David Coverdale still hade his great blues voice and Jimmy Page was so good, sad that they didn’t did more music togheter. Sorry for my bad english 😅
