Great Video! I really like what you have done with your VAMP and I will probably add some of the items to my own VAMP. Who ever designed the Twin Browning 50 cal machine gun turret really does not know anything about firearms because the Concussion Wave that One 50 Cal create can Blow Out your Ear Drums and Two of them will make you loose your hearing very quickly. Having the Off Road Lights on the Basket on the Roof would last about 2 seconds when the 50s are used because the Concussion would DESTROY the lights and give the Driver a Traumatic brain injury. The Desert Patrol Vehicle from the late 80s which was a three seat Dune Buggy which had a 50 cal in the middle seat at the rear had the seat up and also had a longer barrel that was pass the front of the seats of the driver and front gunner. The Original VAMP had Laser Cannons not 50 cal machine guns that why the barrels were shorter but I guess the people that are working at Hasbro G.I. Joe division have NO IDEA what a Military Vehicle or a Firearm does because they NEVER Served like the Original Designers did plus they also consulted with Defense Industry Engineers and Designers to get what they were working on what the future weapons would look like.
This Vamp is looking really good! Gridiron as well as some other companies have been putting out parts to really customize it. Hoping to mod my stinger at some point. So many choices.

Everybody looks different but Its just that he reminds me so much of a team America puppet sculpt. I look forward to the new head sculpt that comes with the night force to do a swap. They knew they messed up also lol.
When I first saw this figure, I thought he would be another rendition of the Ripcord thats coming with the release of the Haslab Dragonfly. I was wrong. He looks like another figure that I like a lot as well- Airbourne. I have other 60th Anniversary action figures and for the most part they all can potentially be “army-builders” but this guy doesn’t seem that way or the female sniper. I don’t know maybe I’d buy a couple more if Gen. Hawks and/or Dukes head can be attached to make them into honorary “Night-Force”🌙 members. 😅
@@kenmatinee same! I really like that they used airborne like this. Such a good figure. Because they have the camo on their face and you can change the helmet styles it kinda helps with the army building. I do wish there was still an alternate head with slightly different facial features. I may just paint the hair on a couple.
This is also my favorite version of Drax. It hearkens back to the Infinity Gauntlet storyline. He was dumb and funny, and I loved his interactions with the Bulk, I mean the Hulk. He he heh! It's good that we got this version, but I was hoping that they used the Hulk buck instead. Otherwise, I'm happy to own this. Hopefully we'll get the entire Infinity Watch members, and updated bodies and more accurate costumes. We need a new Adam Warlock, Gamora, Pip the Troll and an accurate costumed Moondragon. Speaking of Scarlet Witch, we could use an updated version using the new female buck. I'm a big fan of the cosmic stuff as well.

It was a challenge to put the chair together for me at first, because it didn't come with instructions. I tried to cancel my order originally, because my funds were getting low. However, they moved to fast and it was no longer possible to cancel. They told me that I could return it upon receipt, but I liked the chair enough and decided to keep it anyway. After all we got this, because of the chair. Otherwise, the Kang that came before it was more than sufficient.
@@antoniocdechavez4409 my main reason for getting the set was for the time chair. I like it a lot! I still need the first kang if anything for that relaxed head sculpt. But as a whole.. I think the set is pretty nice. If you have the first release, this new one is cool because it has the different head sculpts and doesn’t make that first obsolete . You can put a different face plate on and have a variant kang. That’s nice also. Multiple characters
I still need to pick him up. I actually need almost all of that wave still. I’m hoping somehow to get titan (not sure how they would release him) war star , and oracle . Those would be my most wanted for the guard . Could put Vulcan in there.. 🤔
Even tho i didn't pick up either of the X Men 275 3 Packs..i did pick up Banshee from ebay for $22..he was the only figure i was interested in But i will order the green Banshee when it becomes available. Anyways great video brother..im looking forward to more of your Marvel Legends reviews 👑
@@robertfalcone3025 that’s a pretty good deal for Banshee. He is definitely the most wanted out of that set. He wore this suit quite a bit but I will also grab a green version when it comes out. If I can find this 3 pack on sale I will probably grab it for the head sculpts
I picked up the X Men 275 Wolverine awhile back mainly for the head sculpts...& I use the First Appearance Wolverine from the Hulk 2 Pack in my Hulk display along with the Wendigo BAF In my X Men display i use the Juggernaut wave Brown Suit Wolverine with one of the X Men 275 heads on it.. I also have the Logan from the Logan Sabertooth 2 Pack as well..im trying not to end up with 10 Wolverines so other than the Sabertooth 2 Pack i didn't get any of the other 50th Anniversary Wolverine 2 Packs Anyways great video brother..im looking forward to more of your Marvel Legends reviews 👑

Every other review showed the glasses to be fine. Only yours's showed it to be messed up. Is it because of the variant packaging? Is the initial release better packed?
@@JoeJoe-xn3zv it’s crazy. The one I opened is the “normal version “ , the one that was approved that everyone will most likely be getting. I think the “variant” “limited release version where the glasses were not on him would have probably turned out better. But so far.. I think it’s just mine also. Could just be because of how someone packed it.
Great video! I just ordered the Recon Roof w/ Doors and the Front End Guard Pack, I love the netting. I already had the Wheels, Roll Cage, In a Clutch Case w/ Gun and a custom Back Step from another studio. My VAMP is done. I started on my Stinger yesterday, I ordered the Ground Pounder APC add on and 4 Wheels. My Stinger is going to look great next to the HISS hauling the HSM system.
I still have a couple more add ons to get for the vamp. Hopefully soon. My intention was to leave the Stinger alone.. But I saw that Ground pounder APC add on... I need another stinger! they are killing it! Those are all going to look so great next to each other! I know you can't wait!
@@aawolvea I agree. Really wanted it but when you compare it to other items and offerings it can be hard to justify. Ramen tank is gonna be awesome! And the REVs… those are going to be nice also! Those are also.. cheaper than this container. It’s still a cool display piece for a scene. Hope that this vid can help anyone decide if it’s worth it for them.
@@RKW1138 your right. Afterwards I did clip them to the underside. That’s really how it should be. The guns on the back still don’t clear the bar as good as I would like but.. they have a gun system for the back that looks to clear it pretty nice getting a good vertical motion
I would be more into those tires if the tread were actually rubber and not 3D printed plastic. I can see how from a photography standpoint that these tires give the VAMP a far more aggressive look, which I do enjoy. I will hold out for some company to actually make molds from their 3D prints and make rubber tires. thanks for the review.
@@falcon048 would have been cool if those tires were softer. Doesn’t bother me too much but if someone does make it like that.. I will definitely be thinking to myself maybe I should have waited. I kinda feel like waiting is the best choice in a way . So many new attachments coming, might be better to wait so that you could get the version of everything you want. The stinger has a whole set as an upgrade which is pretty nice option
@@PoeFiguresItOut my interest was to make the VAMP more different than the Stinger. I had this photo idea of having the VAMP and Stinger, stock, with Profit Director Destro selling them. You'd have the back of Duke and CC's heads in the foreground. As if Destro sells to both sides; which would explain the repaints.;)

This container would be a good diorama for an ambush scene. Scenario one -- Cobra grunts trying to rob military equipment, and the Joe's waiting for Cobra inside the shipping container. Or a successful Cobra mission. Scenario two -- some Dreadnoks successfully stealing humanitarian aid from the container, with some high-fives in celebration.

That price point was pretty brutal. I almost didn't get it. I want to say on facebook in mezco groups I see him pop up. Just have to be cautious when dealing online like that. Maybe catching it at a show would be a good way to go
Good review! I'm STILL kicking myself for never picking up one of those Mezco Lawmasters back in the day. Kept putting it off and putting it off and then before I knew it, prices were sky high.
@@shifty0212 that lawmaster is amazing! I don’t know that we will see another one like it again. I’m very lucky to have them. For one I remember someone gave me store credit for helping them break down their booth at a con. I used it to help me get one.

I think the jaw on Danny Ketch is new, but other than that it is pretty much the same headsculpt as Johnny Blaze. And I don’t mind the height either. Only gripe I have is I wish the flame effect on Danny’s head was bigger & fuller to give him that over the top 90s feel he had in the comics. That aside, great review! I’m envious that you own that expensive ass Mezco lol.

When I saw his motorcycle I was instantly attracted to it. I do wonder what the retro card ghost rider would look like on it.
Agreed! Danny always had much larger flames around the head than Johnny did. Bigger flames on the skull would have been better at making the heads more distinct from each other.

Great video brother.. btw im watching this August 2024 & im wondering how you feel about the Secret Wars Brown Suit Wolverine that was shown at SDCC..i believe that it's the same body sculpt as X Men 97 Wolverine. Btw after you mentioned that the claw fell off of your Brown Suit Wolverine..i gotta recommend again that you replace them with the aftermarket METAL CLAWS..I GUARANTEE that you'll be happy that you did!👑 Also what do you think the odds are of Marvel Legends making a SUITED version of Sabertooth? When you mentioned that Marvel Comics writers often forget that Sabertooth has been portrayed as a successful organized crime figure in the past as well.

They nailed this version of Sabretooth imo, I've been looking for one I liked for a while now and when I saw this 2 pack online recently I knew immediately I had to have it in my collection. Very cool pick up and great review!

Im a HUGE Apocalypse fan..& even tho i initially picked up the AOA Apocalypse..i STILL wanted an O.G. version..so i picked up the Retro...but eventually i DID pick up the Apocalypse wave BAF .. especially after the price went down on the aftermarket after the Retro release..the only version i didn't think about picking up was the Toy Biz BAF..i wasn't a fan of the size.. Btw i did replace the tubes on Retro Apocalypse with a set of extra ones i got on the aftermarket.. i didn't like the ones it came with Lastly..i forgot that i 1st picked up that SHORT A F Toy Biz Apocalypse 🤣..i eventually did sell it off tho. @@antoniocdechavez4409 so I did the swap and the ball that the old one sits on is bigger. So that head will slide on the new body ok. But slightly loose. Not bad though. The new head doesn’t quite fit on the old body. As far down as I got it, it sat a little high so she looked like she had a long neck. Would need to dremmel it to sit right. Also the paints don’t match but if you can get that to fit and paint it right.. I think it would look good
