Hi, the recording session is really simple. The inputs are 12 and the levels are to be controlled by the mixer, where the source is coming into B.Beat.
@@m-live Thanks for the reply. I feel a bit stupid, but this still doesn't make sense to me. If there are 12 inputs to the BBeat, you need a mixer with 12 outputs? I'm used to a mixer having multiple inputs but only 2 or 4 outputs (some grouped outputs). I'll discuss with our guitarist, he is our technical expert. Maybe he knows how to connect the input to a mixer to the input of the BBeat.
@@blobbywin7757 Don't worry, your question is relevant. We thought to simplify the recording function as much as possible, for this reason, the B.Beat has 12 line inputs. They are not pre-amplified. Just give it any line signals and it records. You can have the signals sent to you by the stage mixer, but you can also take them directly from certain instruments such as keyboards or others. The only thing you can't plug directly is a microphone because they are not pre-amplified inputs. The signal that is sent and recorded by B.Beat can be edited later with the DAW. Not having pre-amplifiers it is not possible to manage the editing: it records what it receives.

ottimo lo uso per i live e va alla grande, l'unico problema è che non avendo esperienza non riesco a capire come fare i file .mid per eseguire i CC sul mio Quad Cortex... nessuno mi puo' aiutare? Con reaper diretto sulla QC funziona, ma come sporto i file midi e lo metto sul BBeat non cambia i preset della pedaliera... sicuramente sbaglio io

You need your be clearer how to create midi files as this is nowhere as easy as audio track production and import . I have had zero success finding out how to make midi tracks for my line 6 helix , not one person knows how to do this with ease
@@m-liveI’ve done a midi track inside presonus studio one and using studio one the file changes helix presets yet when I export and import that into my audio project on b beat it doesn’t change the helix . This is quite frustrating lack of content on RU-vid doing this
@@Stewbert_72 please, write to www.m-live.com/en/support/ Anyway, We are unable to provide assistance regarding the use of DAWs and writing Midi files. We assume that you know how to use these tools. When you load a Midi track with the program change messages written correctly, B.Beat does its job without problems.
Love the MBeat, actually im on a big Live Band and yesterday just before the Show we had a problem with the power supply. It was turning on but not leaving the Inicial Logo, So no Play, Stop, Playlist, nothing. But still light up and have power. Sundely i tried to put my Powerbank of my phone ant guess what, it works, so for now, 5 months after, the power supply dead on me, not enough power on the Ac adapter i guess. Just ordered another on amazon. Ugreen. But anyway is a good product, to bad the power suply is not stronger. Now i ordered another Mbeat for backup Spare, we never know and also the power supply extra..Cheers and nice video. ;)

@@m-live Thank you for the support. It was not broken, just didnt work, maybe a problem inside the AC Suply that dont power enough But we already bought another USB C one. With the same specs. I deleted my first comment since fair should be fair. I encountered some issues with my B Beat at first but their support has been nothing but first class and willing to resolve all issues in a timely manner, very professional. Here are some lessons learned if you are a new user: 1. If you cannot connect to your B Beat, download new software and update your B Beat through USB. 2. If you cannot get sound from the inputs of your B Beat, make sure that your signal is not weak, it must be from the outs of your mixer, not just a weak line signal since the B Beat in itself does not have dedicated amplifiers for the inputs. 3. If you run stereo tracks (L for click and R for music) and load them into your B Beat, make sure to check what channels your tracks end up on. In some cases my tracks ended up on channel 2 and 3, and some ended up on channel 1 and 2. Some track were assigned to family "click" and some were not. And therefore some get assigned to the "click" control and some not. If you run stereo tracks I recommend that you split them in your B Beat and assign the track with your click to the family "click" and assign the track to output 3, then you can control the click volume by the click knob.

Veramente completo e utile. Da batterista, il non plus ultra sarebbe avere anche un ingresso trigger per riprodurre dei sample con pad esterni, ma forse esula da questo strumento. Bravi!

Ho un problema con la generazione del click in una traccia mp3 stereo,la pagina continua a fermarsi con la scritta genrazione del click senza pero' nessun risultato. Grazie Vorrei anche chiedervi se avete in futuro intenzione di implementare gli accordi sul tablet come nel formato merish5,ovvero per ogni parola c'e' l'accordo soprastante. Grazie Luca C.

Software and player seem to be great from what I could see the few minutes it worked. But the app constantly gives me error messages saying that my b beat couldn't be detected... just out of the blue... althoug it definitely IS CONNECTED VIA ETHERNET... Ok, so i switched from PC to notebook, hoping for the best but there`s NO CHANCE to connect a new notebook that has no ethernet port to the b beat... I have absolutely no option to transfer my tracks to the b beat. bummer...
where do i start first i got the merish5 + i as most of the RU-vid videos are in Italian i think they are no help NEXT CONNECT MERISHS TO THE PC you don't have a prg call merish5 manager the only one we can find is Live Manager still cant get it to work it nice that it come with 300 song a all in Italian so there no good also cant get it to transmit the lyrics to a PH or tablet $4000au i wish i stuck with the laptop or at least a English friendly machine SO THE MERISH5 + looks like a great machine but the back up help to get it to do what it tell you it can lets it down SORRY
buenas me gustaria saber si se puede enviar pistas estereo donde estara la mezcla y despues el metronomo al bateria por otro lado, como veo que tiene 6 salidas mono me pregunto si se puede configurar para poder sacar un pista stereo con las secuencias y de la salida de cascos al bateria el metronomo.
Por supuesto, puedes dividir las pistas como quieras y enviarlas al mezclador. Además, directamente desde la máquina hay una salida de auriculares para el baterista, desde la cual puede decidir qué escuchar. Para auriculares puedes controlar los niveles de salida de las distintas pistas con los potenciómetros.
