pretty good overall, I would upgrade to an real actual metal tow hitch and not the door hinge wood one, and you can take the hand rope off because the weight of the wood makes it a machine drag only unit at this point.

if you were pulling strictly by hand, what changes would you make? how could you make that lighter?
