cant lie but I'm a die hard Chevy fan...but watching you hack the sh!t out of the Vette (I've only jus previously purchase a C4) has helped me realize, it's just a car...probably why I have mine sitting out side, not covered and will be using it as a daily work hack...so much for love haa... Dude you're the Jack Black of Automotivation!!!!
I have the RCV eliminators they look different , I had to run those on my midtravel kit cv is always spinning , checking on the cv boots on every interval
What weight oil did you put in this? I thought it was a 10W sitting on your bench… Btw I just binged all your videos on this swap. From start to end. Super informative and great thinking outside the box. I have a 90 econoline 250 club wagon with a 460/E4OD. It really gets out of its own way.
Typically in all my flat tappet cam engines I run 20w-50 rotella diesel oil. Im glad you enjoyed the videos, this wagon is a blast for sure. I love those econolines! Stay tuned for more coming!
On good ol' Craigslist i was looking for a M400. (A little booklearnin at UTI).. Was gonna get the CHI 3v's and intake.. well fir $600 and delivered i found my gem with a C6 on it. Upon disassembly my bed was shat.. AUSSIE 2V'S already mounted!!!.. Put a Lunati roller and eddy performer intake.. tire boiler..
Watched you build the engine and you said you had to have the car running in 7 days if i remember right here it is 8 months! Thats why you guys piss me off! Just leave people hanging
Lol I’m just a dad with a full time job. As you know, money runs out and life happens. I never intend to make anyone upset. If I ever make money from this, then I can commit more time to the channel
Love the video. Subscribed. I’m looking to do the same for my 400 that’s going in my 79 F150. I just watched the video of yours running also. Sounds good! Keep up the awesome content!
when your 60 years old and your hands are shaking like whore in church, all those funny remarks about not wearing gloves and breathing fumes wont be funny anymore.......
Show some respect for that 8016 Stealth... (except for maybe a Holley -36) it's the best duel plane 4-bbl intake ever made for the street! It will make power from idle all the up to the moon!
Dude you shouldn't be to touch a tool... Also you should go and read the dictionary what the definition of plagiarism is with the material that you're stealing from vice grip garage. So go back to video games and leave the real work to the real mechanics
It depends. if you're using an aftermarket aluminum intake I wouldn't bother using the "turkey pan". If you're going back with a stock iron intake then I'd use it.
I bought an old 302 block, crank, and pistons. I do all of my own mechanic work but have never built an engine. You've given me the confidence to tackle it myself!
Nice I just got a 84 I picked up and doing a vlog on it as well you should check it out I’m gonna need a lot of help lol pretty much the same as what you did I found you searching a rebuild I already have the rod and crank bearings and rings, arp head studs and rod bolts and full gasket kit
I’ve contemplated rebuilding my 351W from my 95 Lightning, I’ve watched plenty of other “at home no machine shop” rebuilds and they all left me skeptical, not much info / advice in those videos, I watched your at home rebuild then this video and I have to say you shot my confidence in myself out the roof, Im excited to pull mine out and get started now, thank you for your time and advice
Where in NC are you? Saw the UNCC alumni plate and I just graduated from there. Picked up a 13 raptor 2 months ago. Was looking up the diff cover change and found this video. Very helpful by the way. Also made me realize my raptor didn't come with the spare tire hardware so I will have to order some
