Greetings to all friends and fellow Dharma friends. May all those interested in Dharma prosper. I have been invited to speak on “The Miraculous Power of Concentration of the Mind” together with Dr. Chin-Osot Hasbamro. I am very glad to have the opportunity to attend this event, which is about medicine, but also has monks participating. It gives hope that people have two types of food at the same time: food for the body and food for the mind. Nowadays, we are so busy feeding the body that we forget about food for the mind. We are told to chant a little every day, but they say that they do not have time. They only have time when they are lying in bed. But then they cannot chant anymore. They do not have a voice to chant because chanting requires pronunciation. Let me explain the problem that some people do not understand. They often ask if we chant out loud. When we come back from work and go to work today, the boss chanted loudly. So this is what we often neglect about chanting, which is called feeding the mind. I would like to urge all of us to remember that we have both a body and a mind. Westerners are now very interested in chanting, which is due to the research results of two groups. The first group is Dr. Richard Gerber MD, who used the research results of chanting, which is where there are people with various illnesses or epidemics, they organize groups to chant. Sending psychic energy to where there is illness has proven effective. And where there is a high crime rate, assault, causing suffering and distress, they sent groups to chant. It has proven effective in reducing crime and violence. Then the group of Dr. Richard Gerber MD wrote a book called Vibrational Medicine. Another group was Dr. Andrew Weil MD. This group was interested in helping humans live happily. They did research and concluded that if anyone practices breathing for 1 minute, breathing no more than 6 times, that is, breathing in and out counts one, breathing in and out counts two, breathing in and out counts three, breathing in and out counts four, breathing in and out counts five, and breathing in and out counts six, the immediate results will be: 1. There will be no problem with headache or migraine. 2. There will be no problem with stress . 3. There will be no problem with insomnia. 4. There will be no problem with the digestive system . 5. There will be no problem with the excretory system. If you want to enter meditation or enter a trance, you can enter meditation and trance. When you enter meditation, you don't have to go to the highest level to be able to have a happy life. That is, when people enter meditation, they will experience rapture. This rapture will help stimulate the endocrine glands to release endorphins. This is the work of these two groups together. It is a support for meditation. There are two types of meditation: silent meditation and aloud meditation, which is the sound of chanting. If you ask which of these two groups and two methods is more effective in treating diseases, chanting is more effective because there has been research. They took water, made it solid, crystallized, and then took a picture. The first picture was taken without intention of praying or cursing. It was normal. The second one was chanted, and it turned out that the image that was created had power in itself, which is white and purple, which are powerful colors. For example, if anyone studies aura power or radiation power, purple can cure all kinds of diseases, even cancer can be cured. And white is the color of supernatural power, the color of supernatural power. Therefore, chanting creates the color purple, white, and beautiful patterns. Then, silent prayer … Whatever we think, it starts to cause our mind to receive bad results. As the Buddha said in the Adityapariya Sutta that fire is lust, fire is anger, fire is delusion. They are very hot and have very serious results.

Right now I’m travelling overseas and very sick. I keep having panic attacks because I’m scared I have covid and won’t be able to return home for a while. but it’s the middle of the night and there are no pharmacies nearby so there’s nothing I can do but try to rest. thanks for the comforting video - it was very helpful as my support system is miles away

I did own a studio until recently (where this was filmed) when we moved back to our home state-I also use to manage other studios in bigger cities and am a trainer certifying other instructors in these types of workouts. I guess this is for people who have no one comforting them through the illness, pain, maybe got people around you but no one holding you, guiding you, making you feel relaxed, my belly was hurting so bad, listening to this calmed my body and mind, the way we all would feel better by someone simply comforting us

Not every women will be like that, it sucks that you got with someone who doesn’t put your emotions and feelings first, I’m in the same situation and once you fall in love then it’s hard, if only people shown they true colours first
