Nice Video. I have a question. How to detect if target system has IIS or not. I am trying to deploy web application. I want user to prompt for installation/enable the IIS during installation.
Title is kind of misleading. Deploying usually encompasses deploying to other users and I think most of us were expecting to learn how to build a setup.exe
That's great for a developer, but how do I give the completed project to a user? Do they copy the Setup folder to their machine and then click on the Setup.isl file?

Hi Sir, thanks a lot for your video on Installshield. I have installed the Installshield in my project solution. So if i want to publish my project on other users computer, do i have to install VB 2012 software on the other users pc before i copy my project solution and open the installshield Setup on their pcs'? Please advise. Thanks.
Thanks for the great video. Two questions: is it possible to have the setup project require a license key from the user installing the app? and if yes, is it possible to do something right in the middle of the setup in response to the user entering the key (basically to check if the license key is valid)?
