You will become meditative just by sitting in Dhyanalinga. The volunteers and sannyasins are so pleasant that you will feel peaceful and happy instantaneously. By practicing mindfulness and focusing our attention on the present, we can avoid getting caught up in the unconscious world that breeds negative qualities like violence, greed, guilt, and selfishness. Instead, by accessing non-conceptual intelligence through stillness, we can tap into a deeper level of understanding beyond mere thought. However, it seems Sadguru may not be aware of this perspective.
I don't understand why people don't giving views on those videos ? Why they waste their life time on TikTok, Intragram, what's app, etc apps and reels ?
This is why I am gaining a new level of respect for Eastern religions not only do they emphasize heavily on compassion and peace but also don't deny reality. Sexuality is natural and a biological need just practice modesty and don't allow it to consume your life. I couldn't agree more with his message.
I think it's interesting to aknowledge, that you temporal self isn't the permanent self, even when you feel that is the one you aknowledge everyday, it isn't everyday of your life. Fact is, people change, as is the experience of humans, we are destined to see our old selves wither away, and die, and see an new self rise from the ashes of our former self, whether or not we aknowledge it or not, it happenes. I think it's something most people can't or wont' aknowledge, as they're afraid to confront their true selves, no matther how ugly they may find themselves to be.
