We always have a decked floor beneath us. That way we can easily have access for a rescue if needed. What kind of rescue plans do you guys have if a man falls in his harness and his two stories above a decked floor?
Awesome vid...fond memories along with me mates..for we were A Team of iron workers (kiwi breed..rigger/boilie welder)'tuu-meke' 🦾.. though no harnesses bak-den.. safety though was a priority..as in All Mahi.. kaapai presente e hoa ✌️ Kia ora 🙏 thnx Jen's Ulven 👍
Fair play to you geezers.im a steel worker but not on that scale.how do you you get away with slinging a beam with a wire strop on a single wrap.we have to chain it and double wrap for bite.just curious it looks scary.
Besides the phoneman, How many guys' job is it to watch you and your partner work? Counted like five dudes not doin nothing but watching the connectors
Scary how these guys work no regard for there own safety or the public surely should be handrailed and safety netted at a minimum its 2021 not 1900,s stay safe boys and mad respect for the good job you do
Aren’t the chances of it be level to you body and blowing straight into you pretty high??? Possibly knocking you off in the process and breaking several bones on impact of the beam hitting you. Or are they light enough to where you can stop it with your arm?
