The Freehold will be available next 3 years due to the project's policy ,which is not available to make the freehold at this moment. You can change the leasehold to freehold later but that will be cost 100k for the fees. We are probably possible to negotiate on this. The sale price is depend on the size of this villa, 2 bedrooms size starts about 5.5M This sale price at 9M is fully furnished but they are also optional. You can choose that you would like to have which furniture of each, or unfurnished. The unfurnished will be deducted for 1.1M (Kitchen with island and appliances, built-in wardrobes, built-in cabinet under sink, loose furniture - bed, mattress, side table, sofa, coffee table, TV cabinet, and dining table with 6 chairs. **Based on the villa in this video; 3 bedrooms 4 bathrooms**) The transfer fee is split between the seller and buyer 50/50.
