I tried this recipe last night. While the flavor was okay. It was very, very dry. I think your instructions are a bit confusing. You add an extra tablespoon of flour while adding each egg but then your instructions say to "now add the rest of the flour, 1-1/2 cups". The tablespoons I added was in addition to the 1-1/2 cups because, for me, the instructions were confusing. Not a winner for me 😔
Thank you for trying my recipe, I am sorry if you got confused. You have to add one by one egg along with the 1 TBS flour from the total 1 and 1/2 cup and in the end add the rest of the flour. I hope you understand. The other thing, I think you baked it on high temperature that's why it's hard.

Thanks for your time Gabriel Carvalho, I used the kitchen aid brand machine but you don't have to use one specific machine you can use hand beater or any kind of you have available. Ans also sorry for the late reply
